Good food, waiter gave great service
While I understand it’s one of the busiest days being Mother’s Day the food and service at this place was despicable. The food was all cold and I asked for my steak to be medium- it came out burnt and terrible tasting. The entire experience wasn’t as expected for a Mother’s day dinner out. I hope that management works with the staff to ensure quality customer service in the future.
We went at 4pm on a Friday night. quick ordering and food came out fast. Hot and delicious. Great service.
This particular roadhouse was horrible, wait time was long, food was cold and nasty. Servers are extremely slow.
I’m rating this for a chain “ steakhouse” not 4 stars in comparison for legit real deal spots.However this Texas road house is a well oiled machine and possibly just looks so great because the outback next door isn’t fit for Dracula to enjoy..After being denied a booth there unless we wait 30’min with most the restaurant open ( nothing to do with Covid ) because they’re understaffed we just went next door to this roadhouse and soon as we got in it was packed and we got one of the last available booths… before we even sat down they already have baskets of hot rolls and butter ready for the hostesss to grab en route.. food was decent … I was honestly more of an outback guy most my life but the Harrisburg location makes me come here instead !
One of my favorite places for a tasty, inexpensive steak. I get the same thing every time and it's always perfect. Sometimes the wait is a little long depending on when you go but that's what happens when you have good food at good prices
I had a great friggin meal here. The salmon was cooked perfectly as I requested. Our server was very friendly and even though it was packed it was a good environment. Other than the music being turned up a little loud toward the end of our meal - it was great. I'll be back for more and would recommend this place to you.
We have been here several times over the years. Service and food have been constantly good. We have had mediocre visits. However our last several visits have been exceptional! Service was great! Food was great! Pricing continues to creep up. What cost me $85 out the door for a party of 4, now costs $110. Still, we consider this a nice treat and I am glad that our last several visits have been worth the price paid.
We stopped here for lunch while in town for a Ninja Warrior competition. It did not disappoint! We were seated quickly, though it was pretty busy, with a basket of delicious hot rolls. Our waitress came relatively quickly, and took our orders. She was friendly and attentive, but not annoyingly. Our food was delicious, and we enjoyed the whole experience!
I ordered online and picked up at 430pm today for Valentine Day Dinner. Two of the three steak meals we ordered were supposed to be medium well and well done. But they turned out raw pink. Disgusting. It totally ruined the occasion. I would like the manager to fix this for me. Please double-check meats to ensure it's what the customer orders. This always gets the kitchen. It was in writing online, medium well for one, and well done for the other. They are not cheap. WO 28
