Certainly is not authentic Japanese food, but for a quick meal at a decent price not a bad option. The staff today was extremely friendly and personable, checking on our meals and how we liked it even though this is more or less a fast food place. Definitely going to go back next time I'm in the area. Must say that the eating utensils are certainly innovative!

Visited this place for the first time today and had an amazing experience. I ordered the orange chicken, fried rice, and vegetables and it was absolutely delicious. The employees were friendly, efficient, and the service was prompt. I was highly satisfied with my experience and will absolutely be back again soon. Best fast casual food I have had in the area in a very long time!

Had a very good lunch here while in town for business. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The customer service was great and the food was good cooked to order hot and fresh. The staff was helpful as it was my first time. I'll be back.

I want to like this place. Their food is pretty delicious for quick service food! The first time I ordered was shortly after their opening. I ordered online and when I came to pick it up, they said they were having issues with their online system so they took my order and I had to wait 30 minutes for it. I am a pretty patient person so I was willing to give them a pass as “new business hiccups”. The second time, I called my order in, remembering their online system issues. When I got there to pick it up, it still wasn’t ready. I waited 20 more minutes. It seemed as if they lost my order. They didn’t include the little cups of teriyaki sauce and when I asked, they cashier said they don’t include them anymore and I would have to pay extra. Yeah, no. So I left sans teriyaki sauce. When I got home, my order was completely wrong. I called them and asked for my correct order, but they told me it would take 45 minutes and it seemed like they wanted me to pay additional money for new meals. No thanks, we just ate what they gave us. ? I really like their food and had a Grub Hub gift certificate, so I thought “3rd time is a charm!” and took a chance and ordered through Grub Hub for pick up. I walked in and the cashier (same one as the 2nd time I ordered) assured me she didn’t have my order. It was paid for and I showed her my order and confirmation information. She could not be less interested in the fact that THEY made a mistake. She kept shrugging and saying “I dunno, we don’t have an order for you” and sort of insinuating I should just step aside (there was no one behind me waiting to order). I showed her that it was paid for and asked politely if they could start my order. She kept repeating that “I dunno, we don’t have your order…” and looking past me. The person cooking came out and showed her how to find my order. I had to wait 20 more minutes for them to make my order. AND they still messed it up! I got home and they only included one egg roll when I paid for 2 egg rolls. All 3 times, no one was interested in making it right or even apologized for their mistakes. The cook was the only person who even attempted to fix the situation. I am not asking for any compensation or free food (although good businesses usually comp SOMETHING for their errors), but even a “sorry about that” would have been nice. 3 strikes and you’re out.. we are done ordering from here. The food is good, but they WILL mess up or lose your order, no one will apologize when NOT IF they make a mistake, be prepared to wait double or triple the estimated time for your pick up order, and they will make it feel like it’s YOUR fault if you question anything. Yeah, their food isn’t good enough to put up with their “Teriyaki Madness”. The madness is their poor service. ?

I am really rooting for this place, but unfortunately, it’s really gone down hill. Crazy to think it’s only been there for a few years and it’s become what it has. The staff are always grumpy and seem to hate their job. The food was very good the first few times I had it, but lately it’s been very bad. So much so that I think we’ve had the last of it. Not to mention the attitudes of the employees just make it uncomfortable to go get food from them. This place is starting to get a bad reputation and I hope they can turn it around. Maybe properly train the employees in customer service and train the employees that prepare the food to take pride in what they are serving. People won’t come back if you don’t fix these things.

Honestly it's pretty bad.Slow service (>20 minute wait)Expensive for a fast food placeTopping it off, the food isn't worth it. It's one of those places that tries to carry itself on it's sauce but the sauce really isn't even good either. But for my wait I got a "extra" teriyaki sauce! A 25 minute wait but I got a 1/3 of a cup of teriyaki sauce. Wow. Amazing.

Wow I can't ask for anything better the place was super clean. The food was very fresh and hot. Service was amazing. The girl with the colorful hair was very nervous but attentive and seemed to care

I was skeptical about eating here because of some of the reviews. However, my experience was different. I ordered the spicy teriyaki bowl with brown rice and veggies. My bowl was well portioned, hot and cooked well. Not over cooked. My food was delicious. I will certainly return!!!! :)

I really loved this place when it first opened up, but they're just way too inconsistent. When they're good, everything is great - service, taste, portions, etc. But I've had multiple issues: way too little chicken (large bowl with extra chicken that had less than my wife's regular bowl), flakes of burnt char on chicken and throughout veggies, and really slow service. The worst part is that if you raise an issue to a worker they will insist it's right. If you reach out for corporate or management, they'll fix it, but it's a lot of hassle to get good takeout.
