Ordered Fiesta burrito... it comes with guacamole. They forgot it. I asked for a side of it, instead they argued with me. I showed them the burrito proving they missed an ingredient. Too much hassle/headache. Don't get the soft potato tacos bc they only put 4 pieced of potato in it. A toddler can make a better taco!!! ZERO STARS! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Just make the food the way its suppose to be WITH ALL THE ADVERTISED INGREDIENTS. Shouldn't have to ask them to JUST DO THEIR JOB... :/
This location constantly messes things up and is very skimpy with portions. I've been handed the wrong order on multiple occasions, items not made properly or poor quality. The Enola location is better but still not as good as other stores below the mason dixon line where they're actually friendly and you get good quality food, the worst part is I really only get potato soft tacos with no lettuce, literally three things on the taco and they either mess them up or I get like four little potato pieces and there's barely ever any chipotle sauce. Today they made a fiesta veggie burrito and didn't put guacamole on it and wanted to act like it's not supposed to get guacamole but finally offered me a side.
This fast food restaurant has nothing but extremely slow drive through service. You would think that the physical improvements and double drive through would improve the service, but nope, still extremely slow. I have been waiting in line for more than 20 mins now, and there is still 4 cars in front of me. I even forgot what I ordered… if I wasn’t so hungry and had already waited this long, i would have left… this is just ridiculous.
If you want to pay for a burrito Supreme and get a plain old burrito, this is the place to go !! For a change of pace, sometimes I like to pay for some taco supremes only to get regular tacos. Oh, they are good about replacing your order, IF you call and then drive back. However, since they have done this 5 out of 6 times, I must assume that it is purposeful. No one can be THAT stoopid ! So, it's a great place to get screwed out of small change !!
love their chicken quesadillas and beefy 5 layer burrito. this new location is very clean and popular. the workers are quick, efficient, and have never messed up my order
With all the money spent to rebuild the old filthy structure… one might think a brand new fresh start might get better results …. But no… filthy on the inside and shiny outside and messed up and missing food from my order. All thanks to a “manager” with his head up a hole so deep he couldn’t hear or care to hear what his failures are in order to fix them.
I ordered on the app, but upon arrival my order hadn't been started yet. I waited about 10 minutes to be told that their fryer was doing an automatic filtering and they had no fried chicken for the chalupa. I was offered a free one if I would come back later that day, but I was not in the area. Clean restaurant though!
Been there twice since they reopened and waited way too long for orders that had been placed online prior to arriving. Staff was running around like they didn't know what was going on. It's the worst taco bell experience I've ever had. Will go to Eisenhower before I go back to this one. Both times I received the wrong order.
Ordered online and picked up through drive through, I got 2 craving boxes, 2 of my gordita crunches I asked for no meat, when I got my order I checked and they had meat on them. I went inside and they replaced it. But I feel like it's not that complicated to do no meat. Also I ordered a slushie and they only filled it up halfway???
Went for breakfast. We were missing items so like anyone we went back to let them know. We got another bag of food but definitely was still not the right items. We explained that and what we got in return was attitude as expected. Worst of all instead of a burrito received the stuff inside a burrito in a bowl. Manager was nice but her one employee should be fired.
