Love this place. Great owner and loyal staff. They always remember my habitual order.
Its a decent subway, the bread I got for my sandwich was a bit on the crusty side the one time though. All in all, the people are friendly and the service is fast. Keep in mind I dont get my sandwich toasted.
Got a sub made and was very good, will be goin back
The employees around lunchtime are not that personable. The one girl there at the time was just standing there staring at customers and only got on the line when one of her friends walked in. They cut my sub with a knife that was sitting on the counter with mayonnaise all over it. Then I was never asked “for here or to go”, they just wrapped my sub and put it in a bag and gave it to me when I was definitely intending to eat inside. Another time I was asked if I wanted 3 cookies for a dollar and was charged over $2.
Did not get my whole order and can’t get refunded store also won’t answer the phone and made the 1 sandwich I did get with an attitude. It looked like someone threw the sandwich then wrapped it
Paid $10 for a 90% incorrect footlong. Don’t go here if you want your pickup order correctly done
I wish I could remember the employee's name, but he was very good. There were 3 people ahead of me, Myself, and a guy behind me. He took care of us all, from start to finish (taking payment) swiftly and without error. He was also very personable!!! As I dined in a few more people had come and gone in the same polite and speedy fashion as I.My Italian BMT was great, but those raspberry cheesecake cookies were to die for!!!I hope that employee gets credited for his awesomeness. I was at the restaurant around 5:00 p.m. on Saturday September the 4th.
Turning away cash paying customers smh wont go to that subway again a waste of time
Walked in on Saturday, and they were out of meatballs for the advertised Meatball Marinara sub. I really wanted that.
