This subway overcharges by at least 30% compared to other subways in the area. They have signs in the store complaining about covid 19, high rent and low customer traffic woes and because of this won't accept coupons. Feels like a failed subway franchise trying to hang on by sticking it to the customers. It's a bad example and a bad look for the brand.

Worst experience ever. Ordered online and paid online. Store would not give me food I paid for without showing ID. Said it was for my protection. Not sure if they are selling name or ID. Called manager who was very rude. Will not go here again!!

Lunch time on Sunday 1/9/22, store totally empty but I think I interrupt the phone game the waiter was on it. She serve me the worst sandwich I ever has in my life, she was in bad mood. No ice tea, some dispenser empty. Sidewalk in front of the store was icy but who cares.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT GO HERE!!! This subway is beyond disgusting!! I have worked for a different subway for over five years and never seen anything this horrible!! My sandwich was over toasted to the point my bread was crunchy , she put so much sauce I could have made soup! The service was dispicable no one greeted as I walked in waited five minutes before I was spoken too and when I finally had someone take my order she was short and rude! All that aside I saw them just add fresh ham to the top instead of roatating the meat so who know how long it was sitting in the bin! SO UNSANITARY! Terrible service!!!!! I made a app order for two subs filled out all the information to not have anything on the subs but extra mayo and when they got delivered the one sandwich i open was done ok except it had no mayo on it, Then the next day when i went to eat the second sub when i opened it it had everything on it and i cant not eat that, So when i called in they sai d sorry it is lunch hour call back later. I said yes i know i went to eat my sub for lunch and it is totally wrong and then they just hung up on me. I will never order from any subway anymore they totally lost my business for ever.

There are subways everywhere in Harrisburg and I can guarantee it’s worth going to the next closest one. This one has TERRIBLE customer service and the owners must not care because it’s always the same miserable lady working. She literally rolls her eyes when a customer walks in. Bad experience every time.

They won’t accept offers or coupons because they’re rent is too high so go somewhere else and give them rent money.

So we show up at 11 to grab lunch and it says online and on their door they open at 10 and I peer thorough and can see an employee just standing behind the counter not paying any mind to us at the locked door or the other customer that arrived as well. If you're not open you should update your hours or post a sign on the Door. Awful customer service and definitely won't be coming back
