Very first time I went a young girl made my drink. I’m in a hurry for work. If she actually focused on my drink instead of talking About her boyfriend with a co worker she might have been quicker and less messy. She over flowed my drink. She didn’t want to pour any out and handed it to me dripping. Second time I was insane enough to go back today. This place has one cashier. One drink maker. People coming in early to have coffee before work. But with one cashier and one person making drinks good luck. I was in line almost 10 mins. Finally just had to walk out. Definitely need to be more efficient. Won’t be back.
Rude employees. Ordered my drink ahead, waited 20 minutes while people who order way after me got their drinks before me. Don’t wasted your money or time here.
Walked in, waited over 5 minutes before the only other queued patrons even placed their order. Was then told it would be 15 minutes before my drink could be made. When I expressed my disbelief they said it would be more like 20 minutes. Because of all the mobile orders. Avoid this location like the plague
Went in pretty late, but the employees were still friendly and helpful. My order was perfect and delicious.
Drink was good, staff was nice, but my God do they need sun shades!
Been going to this Starbucks for months, never had a problem!
Don't remember being there but would never spend money in this place. Overpriced soy lattes is not my cup of chi. I did accidentally buy some expired Starbucks k cups one time and they weren't too bad considering they were a breakfast blend with added vitamins. Think ill check on some more of them. My kid happens to like starbucks but doesn't drink the drinks when we get them. They're a waste of money and he is just attracted to popularity of it. When he has to use his own money instead of gift cards, he'll change his tune on starbucks. I can still get a 20 oz cup of coffee for a buck at the Mexico market right here in Mexico, PA. Richcoast coffee is superior imo. Good luck in the future starbucks. Get woke, go broke.
Service is definitely starting to suffer. I understand all all establishments are going through difficulties, but over 30 minute wait times for coffee is just too much. Don't want to be negative, but I really hope we can see some improvements. If you can't juggle both mobile and in store orders, one of them has to go.
I love Starbucks but I waited for 35 minutes for a drink today. Busy or not, they shouldn't be taking mobile orders if people in the actual establishment cant get served.
Starbucks is always great. My daughter got the Chicken Pesto sandwich and it is so good.
