The gentleman that made our drinks seemed a bit flustered. We ordered 2 drinks. 1 was really good, the other was just ok.
I didn't appreciate the Barista saying that she wanted to write on my cup Sabrina the Teenage Witch. I just needed my drink, that your company couldn't make.
You can go inside and order until 9:00 PM, but the Drive Thru is open 24 hours for when you need your Starbucks fix!
It's the second Starbucks location I stopped by this evening 1/8 that sucks. At least this time the girl used an excuse "sorry, we only have tea right now because we are closing in 10 minutes.." what?? Not only an hour earlier than normal operations, but also with 10 minutes extra to spare. I know the food industry is hurting but we can't settle for this type of talent.. no. Never
Overall nice trip. Busy so we had to wait a little while for our drinks, but they were made exactly as asked and no issues from the staff. Despite being busy they seemed very pleasant.
Coffee was good but didn't have what I wanted . They were out of quite a few items

Peppermint mocha coffee. About the only time I go to Starbucks. This was inside a Target store and was super busy. Drink was hot and delicious. The service was chaotic. Did not take names. Did not complete orders together...would have rated 5 stars except the chaotic service.
This was literally my first time at a Starbucks. It is inside a Target that I was shopping at. On my way out, I decided to grab a coffee. After paying $3.23 for the coffee (btw...a coffee is a buck at McDonald's) I asked for sugar. And they informed me that they were out of sugar. That was an expensive cup of coffee that I couldn't enjoy.
Gracie is awesome!!! Wonderful customer service, Adds more *Crunch*, Talkative just spot on. My sister and I love this location bc of Gracie.
