Worst Starbucks I’ve been too. Ordered a drink and after the foam faded away there way only half of it left without me touching it. Then when explaining to the drive through girl, she was disrespectful and dismissive and blamed me for not coming right back.. when some people have to go and do their jobs correctly and can’t come back right away. How about you make the drink right next time and don’t blame the customer. Save your money and goto Dunkin down the street
So… Yesterday, I was having a low moment that I honestly wasn’t sure I would be able to bounce back from. It was that bad. The day started badly and so I prayed the attached prayer before leaving for the day. Then, my church, LCBC, gave me a gift card to Starbucks to help me feel better, so I went to this Paxton Street location and I heard this beautiful voice speaking to me from the lit drive-through menu. This voice was so beautiful that it snapped me out of the doldrums and out of the depths of despair. The voice was so pleasant that I had no other choice, but to perk up and pay attention. I believe God used this person’s voice to save me.Then I drove up to the window and said, “This is the person who matches that voice?!?!” I learned his name is John. He has to be an angel disguised as a human. He reminds me of this sentence from the Bible: “Don’t forget to show hospitality to strangers, for some who have done this have entertained angels without realizing it!” Hebrews 13:2 NLTIf you have the beautiful opportunity to ever meet John, please give him whatever blessings you can! He deserves the biggest raise for being my godsend of a lifesaver yesterday. John… I’m so grateful to God for you. You are proof that #JesusIsLord and that #MiraclesStillHappen! Thank you for your kindness, dear brother. I love you and I only just met you and Jesus loves you more! ?
…was super rude when I asked for my drink asking me well is this the name of the drink. I said I do not know if that’s what you call it but I just want a double shot of espresso with half and half and condensed milk. Then he condescendingly started calling me sweetie. I would be offended if he wasn’t already waiting on me. Someone’s having a bad day, and needs to be spoken to by their manager. Why did I just pay all that money for a drink I asked to be sweetened, that’s not
Went there 5 days in a row while traveling and every single day the service was perfect, fast and the employees were cordial and happy to take care of the weird orders from my boss.
The best baristas work here! It's a whole experience when you walk thru the door & they welcome you by name & know what you drink! ?
Went in when it was pretty busy and all the staff was amazing but Dylan is a rockstar! He was running around stocking, helping with drinks and helping another girl. All while making sure each customer we taken care of and had everything they needed. My drink was also made perfect! Great work everyone but especially Dylan.
Let me start off with this location! I drive out of my way to experience the perfection made from this group of individuals. But a big key to the success in this location has to the workers. One person who stood out was this gentleman named Dillan. Not only was he running around stocking stuff, but he was also guiding newer works while making something him self. It was crazy bizzy and Dillan made sure to greet everyone and wish everyone a nice day upon their exit. Dillan needs a raise hands down. What a comforting location. I will continue to go out my way to visit this location ☺ ?! Good job everyone on shift today an a especially big thanks to the superstar named Dillan.
Good thing is that food chains always Taste the same, but this I'll built time consuming drive through isn't worth it. Order on the app/pick- up and all will be well.
I want to take this time to announce the winner for today. Drum roll please...and the winner is...you guessed it...its STARBUCKS!I went there in the morning and had a wonderful time.The cashier said, "Very good morning to you sir, can I have your order please?""What would you recommend for me this early in the morning?" I asked."After her recommendations, I paid, and then walk away to wash my hands. The music playing is just what I need this time of morning. Now finished, I carefully walk back looking the place over. I see many seating areas here as well as outside seating.What I really like is the 'LOUNGE SEATING AREA' here. You can sit down, enjoy coffee, breakfast ect, and then tap on your computer or cellphone...simply fantastic!There is window seating which gives breathtaking views. Directly after that thought, the cashier said, "Sir, your order is ready.""That was quick," I said, "thank you.""You are most welcome sir."Food and coffee in hand, I carefully make my way to the window seating area. Now seated, I completely enjoy my breakfast, coffee, with music, and then leave with the thought of coming back soon...really soon!
Spent 34 minutes in the drive through to get a single coffee. They were out of cold brew which was ok because I like a variety of coffee. I was displeased when I got to the window to pay to find out they never made my order. After telling them what I ordered again they then spent another 4 minutes making my coffee. In short do not go to this Starbucks unless you like hanging out in your car.
