I was very impressed with our sandwiches and the service. Sandwiches were healthy in size....something I've had an issue with at other places. It was prepared to the specifics I requested and it was ready at the time they said it would be ready. Great experience! We'll be back....

Their cheese steak hoagie is chock full of steak and no skimping. Our hoagies were very juicy and not dry. Son scarfed down his meatball sub like a giant! These are better than Subway sandwiches. We will be coming here often and buy the boba drinks next door. Both eateries are awesome and go together.
Ughhh. Worst cheesesteak ever! I purchase cheesesteaks here many many years ago, but this time was the worst. It was dry, salty, snd I have never had cheese slices place in the bottom of sub roll. I called to complain gentleman told me that’s how they have always done it and that you would have had to tell them to cook chese. I think NOT because I would have NEVER EVER came back. Was I also supposed to tell them make it juicy or just DRY. Never again
So I haven’t had a bad experience here as of yet! Never have to search for the meat on my sandwiches hot or cold! The cheesesteak fries are the bomb especially with the honey garlic dip that they give with the onion rings. I do ask for lite lettuce cause they are heavy handed lol. NO COMPLAINTS WHAT SO EVER I LOVE THEM. South Philly was once one of my Favs but my last 3 orders were not good at all. Today I ordered the steak and potato wrap with fries, and the entire order tasted burnt with no other flavor. You used to be able to taste the seasoning of the meat and the fries were always the best. This will be my last order!
Ordered small chef salad with Greek dressing and Italian sub with extra mayo and oil and vinegar. Sub had VERY little mayo and no oil and vinegar. The salad has a cup of dressing that I don't care what anyone says was oil and vinegar. I called. Manager says, no that's their greek dressing. Whatever...it was not Greek dressing. I ordered salad for lunch and sub for dinner. Now I have no dressing for my salad and a dry sub.
Ordered two cheese steaks, one of which with lite onion.We got home and the one that was supposed to come with only a little onion had an overabundance. There was more onion than steak. It was ridiculous. My wife couldn't eat it and nor could I blame her.My cheese steak on-the-other-hand, was correct but whatever seasoning they used, they Put WAAAAAAAY TOOO MUCH ON. And I like seasoning. I like my steaks seasoned liberally. The amount of seasoning they used however,had to be an incredible amount. It was inedible. It was so disgusting. After trying to eat it for a few minutes i started to gag and had to stop eating and throw it out. So neither of us were able to eat our food. I don't know if that's how they make their cheese steaks now or if it was an isolated incident or what. I can't imagine anyone eating that and actually liking it. It's not possible. But we were so disappointed. The flavor of that seasoning was so outrageous it messed up my stomach for the rest of that night. I'm not trying to hurt their business. I'm not looking for anything. Just telling my story.
