Great subs. Plenty of meat and toppings.
We enjoy the hot Italian Subs, always consistently delicious with friendly people working behind the counter. We believe the Sandwich Man is the best place for subs in the Harrisburg area. When we want a sub, this is where we go. And we travel 81, crossing the river from Mechanisburg to get there. Worth the drive.
Love this little standalone sandwich shop. Food is always great ?. I get the whole G9. If you've never been here before, start there with the G9 then find a sandwich that works for you. Staff is friendly.
This place can make a HELL of a sandwich my go to Italian Sub is perfect every time. If your in the area ya must try this mom and pop shop.
Solid 5 star place, but their hours are poor. Have stopped by several times in last few years but they’ve always been closed or stop taking orders 30 minutes before closing. Traveling 30-45 minutes.
This place from the minute we walked in they joked an could had fun doing there job. Made sure we had are subs the way we wanted them. We ate on site, even while we ate they still asked how things where going. Even made more jokes. Food was really good & environment was great as well. I would say we will be back again.
When I went home and opened up my sub I was shocked at the way it made, almost meatless. When I called to talk to the manager I was told that a sub consist of 4 oz of meat for the half sub and 8 oz on a whole sub. 4 oz must mean for thin slices. That's not a lot on two pieces of bread let alone a big sub roll. Then we get to the price. That four slices ended up costing almost $9 for a half and almost $17 for a while. Definitely not worth it! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
Picked up a sandwich to go on Presidents' Day paid 17.95 for it signed the card slip, woke up today and they charged a 6$ tip. They claimed it was an "accident " which how doYou accidentally charge 6$ especially when ILine out the tip On the slip my advice if you choose to partake in this establishment check your slips very very very closely
We were very happy with our first subs from The Sandwich Man! Best part was the crusty chewy bread. An Italian grinder for me and a roast beef sub for my husband. The staff were very cheerful with all our little ones. We enjoyed the small town atmosphere-- many people who came in and out appeared to be regulars on a first name basis-- I can appreciate that in this world we live in.
Fantastic sub made to order. Staff always ready to pleSe.
