It's another Watering Well,good Waiters and clean, Good for none smokers and nice for corporate Games TV watchers, many Tvs. And I supposed make new friends.
Favorite place for burgers! The owner came out said hi, everyone was really friendly. Whenever we're in town we will stop here.

The customer service rep nia is the most rudest bartender I have ever encountered. She is not professional at all. The way she responded to my mother in law when she asked to get her order replaced because she asked for parm wings and not bbq was beyond disrespectful. She literally said and what’s wrong with it. I asked for gravy cheese fries together and she gave me yes the gravy fries but a small size of cheese that looked as if it was old. When I told her about it, this was a big issue. I will always pay for my bill but the customer service was the worse and I will never return here. I did take a vid of what was said and will send to corporate.
The venue was utilized for a surprised birthday party for my Brother. It was a large upstairs private space, decorated with excellence, the staff was friendly, and accommodating to the service needs of all of our guest. Recommend
The food is good, and the wings are great, EXCEPT the prices are ridiculously expensive! $19 for 1 dozen wings? We can get wings with crab meat almost $10 cheaper elsewhere (and they are Awesome). We were a long time customer of Rookies.....no more!
Waitress/bar Maid rude I ordered seafood soup/ in a bread bowl to go. The bowl was soggy, there was one or 2 baby shrimps. No other seafood . It was primarily a vegetable soup. When I returned with the soup, the waitress was rude.
