Good food . Good service . Good prices ! What more could you want ?

Seems like as of late, we have been going to RR a good bit as of late. My wife especially likes the bottomless fries. I like the Scorpion and Big Lovin burgers. Servers have always been friendly. The kids enjoy coming here too. Just some thoughts. Bottomless onion rings would be awesome. Also a chicken sandwich of the Scorpion burger would be awesome. Again, we definitely like RR.

So we got there around 8:45 pm. Place closes at 10. They said there would be a 15 minute wait for a table so we asked to sit at the bar. She said let me go check to see if they are open. Then handed us menus and said she is open. Sat down, waited probably 5 minutes before she asked if we wanted anything to drink. Got drinks. Took her another oh let's say 5 or so minutes before she took our order. At this time its 9pm. Waited til about 930 before we asked where our food was. 2 burgers shouldn't take that long, they weren't even busy. She said oh I checked they aren't done yet they are still trying to catch up. From what there might have been 5 people there. Then she went to the kitchen grabbed our food. Which clearly was sitting there for a while because the food was cold. We didn't get any silverware or napkins.. waited for refils..All she was worried about was cleaning up so she could leave. $45.00 for the worst service ever. Now I could see if they were busy but it was 9pm and empty. Manager left for the night so we couldn't speak to her. If I could give zero stars I would!! Never again. First time ever being at a Red Robin and will never go back!!

The wait was 35-40 minutes on a Sunday afternoon with several open tables available and five servers at the wait station as we were waiting for a table. The food was decent but the bill was $86 before tip for the five of us. Three people had the chicken tenderloin meal that was more than $13 each at lunchtime. The server was nice and accommodating.

I really like the options here. As a vegetarian I don't have to worry about what I will get. There are plenty of options to choose from. Red Robin even has two different types of veggie burgers. The impossible and their own veggie patty.Additionally, they claim there are some vegan meals. So if you have a mixed party there is no guess work. Everyone can eat here.

Food was fantastic and the service was equally so. I had ordered a cheeseburger with bacon and a soft drink she had ordered a wrap which both came out pretty quick. I can't complain. Yumm!

Placed order online paid over 14.00 for meal and over 3.00 for side of garlic fries. First picture is what I got totally missing sauce and salsa compared to third picture which is what I ordered. Chicken was cold. Fries a complete joke. Plus bottom of inside of bag was covered with oil or whatever it was. Complete DISAPPOINTMENT and waste of money.

Dependable burger fare, though I had the fish and chips. The portions were quite generous and the fish was cooked well and very tasty. Fries are always a good choice. Hubby had the BBQ Whiskey chicken wrap and was quite satisfied. Service was good. Prices still reasonable. Would return if we are in the area again.

Well food was good. Server must be new but really didn't have a grasp on simple concepts like taking plates when people are done. Didn't ask if we needed anything till we were basically done with our meals. Best part is he kept walking around and didnt say a word. Due to long wait after that we used the machine to order shakes. As usual the server had no idea we even ordered till we pointed it out. Ended up almost charging us for three shakes ? oof.In conclusion, hopefully this is simply a new server and your experience will be better. Good luck and have fun!

It was pajama day today, staff was acting like it too. Very festive, very fun and the only patrons that were enjoying it was the staff. Thank you for ignoring my needs and haveing a blast. 5 stars for your unprofessionalism. This is an example of neglect at the hostess station at the moment?
