Good food with fast service. I don't like Mexican but this place has some great good.

DELICIOUS ??????????? They give a VERY GOOD amount with their bowls!!! Don't forget the tortilla chips?

Have not been the biggest fan of Mexican food in PA since moving from CA but the food was good. The guacamole and salsa are delicious.

Been here a few times now. Each time, my personal satisfaction has gone down. This last time, I walked out! I waited 5 minutes on a Saturday evening for any the 3 workers to come out of their goofing off in the back. The first clown ignored me. Then the girl ignored me. Then the third, who I’ve had before, comes out and takes care of me. I immediately let him know he’s out of the grilled onions and peppers and needs to cook some before we start the order. He proceeds to load a bunch on a pan. I know it’s going to take at least 10 min to cook them from a cold pan. After a few minutes of grilling, the first clown comes back out and and empties the “still hard” veggies into the counter pan. My guy starts serving it and even says “I don’t know why he did that”! I said “thanks, I’m not waiting any longer.” They weren’t wearing mask while making food and they obviously don’t care about food prep and customer service. I ended up going to Moes.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Qdoba for years as the food USED TO BE delicious. I went last week for the LAST time. Paxton is the worse one in this area. Food is cold. To go orders sit outside in the cold. Not enough food. Raw rice. Dirty tables. No cup lids. Soda machine dirty and barely any options. Orders messed up. Not even enough food to serve. “Have to wait to cook more food”. Why isn’t food ready when food is low?? Unfriendly staff. The staff here sucks. Bunch of young kids who don’t care. Please DO NOT waste your money here. I gave multiple chances because of using my points, but no more. Each time I gave a chance I’ve always been disappointed. Get better staff who actually cares and cooks food correctly with flavor. The past few months worth of horrible reviews doesn’t seem to matter for this place and not sure if the owner even cares. Please go to Chipotle instead!

I have ordered from this location several times and before it was good service. Now not so much. My order today was like it was just thrown together with large chunks of tomatoe, corn that looks as if they opened a can and threw it on top!. I gave it another chance but no more.

I've never eaten here before, and it disappointed me. The food was cold, the meat was stuck together and very salty, the guac was very browned and salty, the onions were wrongly chopped, giving them a weird taste and texture, it wasn't a pleasurable bowl. The tables were dirty when I went in, and the bathrooms were not the cleanest. The only reason im giving them two stars is because the portion sizes were great.

This by far was some of the worse food I have ever ordered in my life. The burritos were flavorless and practically just rice stuffed in a wrap. The tacos were a mushy gross mess that were inedible. Gauc was old and brown. My son had to drown his Quesadilla in hot sauce that we had at the house to even eat a small portion of it. Missing sauces he ordered, and don't get me started on those gawd awful nursing home brownies that they tried to pass off as dessert. Will never ever spend my money at another Qdoba. Im seriously confused on how anyone who enjoys food could rate this place above 1 star. Sheetz has a better quality burrito, walmart has better burritos in the dang frozen section. I will stick to Neato, soul and roburritos from now on.

I've ordered through door dash about 3 times now hoping for Qdoba on Paxton to pull through. I usually have 2-3 items missing everytime or the quality isn't up to par. Avocado sometimes isn't mashed up properly. The vegetables are cut larger than my mouth. I've been skimped with the Impossible meat. The biggest issue came today with the guacamole. My guacamole was brown and the smell was off. I've worked at Chipotle so I know the guac shouldn't be brown the whole way through. If it sits over night you're supposed to take off the brown top to serve the guac underneath. For it to be brown the whole way through means its been sitting more than a day and a night. It was even developing a slight odor.To get your workers to care, Qdoba needs to seriously consider raising their wages and providing wayyyy better training. I'm not sure if you're all rushing your workers training, but you need to give them time especially to learn proper knife skills. The vegetables are so bulky and irregularly cut. Also make sure your avocados are the right ripeness to mash. I shouldn't be finding half an avocado not mashed in my bowls. Food safety is another must. If the guacamole is brown like I received and there is a slight odor it's going bad and you shouldn't be serving it.

Upon entering the building I noticed that 75% of the tables in the lobby were dirty. I noticed no employees were wearing masks which wasn't a big deal to me until I heard the manager suffering from an intense case of the sniffles. I was gonna give the benefit of the doubt and say "maybe allergies" but then I heard him cough 5 times while making my food. One of the times he attempted to cough into his arm. I'm sure this man can't even take the time off of work to go get tested because of short staff or even take a sick day because he's obviously displaying symptoms that shouldn't be around food. I think Qdoba should give this man a paid day off and pay for him to get tested to protect himself and Qdoba customers even if this means the regional manager has to take a trip to this location and work in his shoes for a day. Also the line was not stocked and was definitely being neglected of cleaning but if I was sick I wouldn't feel like doing these tasks either
