Showed up line was Long. To my surprise moved quickly. The young man taker orders was friendly and helpful. Food was hot and fresh will revisted again!!
The drive-thru lady was very nice, however, upon receiving my order I noticed that the Cajun Fries were cold. Furthermore, we found dead bugs on the box, baked into one of my biscuits and on the condiment packets. One of the honey packets leaked and made the rest of the packets sticky.
I was going to give them a good review until they made me wait for 15 minutes in the parking lot and never came out with my food. Then I went inside and the girl going say, I was going to still have to wait another 5 minutes for more chicken!! There was clearly enough chicken to complete my order. a 2pc & biscuit and 4 pc and biscuit, come on seriously. All I know is ever since they put that Popeyes on Jonestown Rd that place is a blessing and curse at the same time. One cause it's better than Cameron St & convenient that I don't have to drive far, but second because it's always busy, they hold traffic and they employees got too much attitude!
Our order was prepared very quickly, and was 100% accurate, which is getting to be a rare occurrence at other fast food restaurants these days! The food was tasty, as advertised. I would come back again for sure.
I had visited this location with my family, and drive thru, inspite of our order, being so gradually big, the order taker was very pleasant, and quick with order. The order taker, didn't upsell, or cross-sell items such dessert etc. Also, seemed a bit confused with taking our order, we had 2 separate orders. Also, biscuits could have been, a tad bit warmer .
They got my drink wrong, still had items on the menu that they no longer serve, buns were hard, and the chicken is not that great. I was not overly impressed.
First time ordering from here. I drove past all the time, but the line for the drive thru is always too long. So I ordered my food through Door Dash. The chicken wings still had feathers on them and the chicken tasted bland. It didn't have much flavor. It's like they didn't bother seasoning it. The location on Cameron Street is definitely better. This will be my first and laste time getting food from here.
Popeyes is my favorite chicken restaurant in the world I have driven out of my way at least an hr to get to one. When this store first opened up I was so excited and boy did they deliver food was awesome. The last couple of time I have been there it’s been nothing but a disappointment. Cold food, missing items wrong orders are just a few of the problems. Tonight it took the cake, for the first time since they opened the store I went in the building and what a show it was four employees at the counter two of them were arguing who was supposed to be taking orders they both ended up walking away, one was packing orders and the other was talking to someone working the drive through about her phone. What a shame I now understand why we went from a very long drive thru line to no one in line. OWNERS I RECOMMEND YOU PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT AND GET SOMEONE IN THERE TO SUPERVISE THESE PEOPLE PROPERLY BEFORE ITS TO LATE.
I would give them no stars if that option was available. I ordered a family meal and they gave me someone else's order that cost less than mine. I contacted customer service and the restaurant manager never resolved it nor provided me with a refund. I constantly have issues with Popeyes. Never again will I support Popeyes. POS
Food was well prepared, service was great. One thing I can say if you have an issue with them. They truly take care of you.
