First of all, I never write reviews and this is my first ever negative one. I ordered a dinner box. Delivery time said 25 - 35 minutes. An hour went by and I called, they said they received the order and it was on the way. After an hour and a half I called again and they said they would reach out to the driver but I never heard anything back. When it was over 2 hours, my kids and I are so hungry at this point, and still no pizza so I called for a third time. I didn’t even ask about the pizza, I wanted a refund and they gave me one. Still waiting for the refund to go into my account though so we will see. A quick dinner turned into our family not eating until after 8 o’clock. Highly disappointed.
This is BY FAR my favorite Pizza Hut in a 50 mile radius. The general manager there is way cool and I swear he never leaves. He runs that place like it’s a well oiled machine. I am so spoiled with this location. They never get anything wrong and the quality is always bussin bussin! They even give me a side of sauce no charge- I swear my kids drink that shiz. Staff is always super friendly and drivers always friendly too. Order a unique pizza. Get something that's just uncommon enough that they need to make it fresh. If you order a plain pepperoni pizza, cheese pizza, etc., there's a very good chance that you'll get an old pizza that they made in advance and had on standby. Had this happen, and both pizzas had either been in a warmer or under a heat lamp for so long that by the time I got them, they were DRY. Dry pizza, guys. Was like a rock by the end of the night. Ordered again and got a more customized pizza, and it was perfect. Just save yourselves the headache and get a different sauce, uncommon combination of toppings, just something that'll force them to make it on the spot.
The pizza was phenomenal fresh and a proper sauce the cheese ratio but I couldn’t get anybody from the restaurant on the phone and ended up talking to someone from their corporate customer service to order my pizza
The location passed the order to door dash who did not deliver part of our order. When you try to reach someone about it, the call goes to a national line and when they "transfer" you to the local store, you get a busy tone and hung up on. The food was good, we were just missing g part of it. The point of delivery is to not have to go out to the location.
Good was delivered through door dash, which is fine. But, they didn't deliver everything I ordered, and when you try to call nobody answers the phone. Corporate numbers just give you a runaround.
3 stars for consistency, but pizza hut has decline over the years. It is best for take out. Dinning in is sad.
The service is excellent and the pizzas we ordered were outstanding. We like Pizza Hut pizza better than any other.
The Pizza, though done, could have been a cooked a bit longer. Crust was not crispy
I placed my order online with no problem. Hubby went to pick up the pizza which is always ready when he gets there and the pizza was wonderful just as it always is.
