Ordered a large pizza, double order of bread sticks, wings and an order of the chicken Alfredo. Showed up after 25 minutes and our food wasn't done. Waited 15 minutes just to have them come out with the food and be missing the chicken Alfredo completely even tho we had payed for it. Then had to wait another 10 minutes for that. By the time we got home majority of the food was cold. This is the 2nd time this exact situation has played out at this location. We will not be comming to this branch again.
This place has gone downhill! Soon as I walked in one of the workers(male) gave me dirty looks 3different times. My order 2 orders of breadsticks and 2 large pizzas! Breadsticks had no taste and the amount of Marinara sauce we got was a sick joke. They’re obviously having shortages with their marinara sauce. The cheese pizza was so disgusting not to mention barely any sauce & very burnt, crust was absolutely gross on both pizzas. Save your money bc I spent 32$ and I regret giving this place my business. Never again I will be taking the extra drive to Mechanicsburg
Got pizza December 22. 2021. Worst pizza I ever had. Had no cheese on the pizza.Called an complained no call back. They should be ashamed of selling pizza like this.
I do not like getting cold saggy pizza. I was not happy with the fact that the pizza was left on my porch without even a call or knock a the door. We are regular customers and this does not make me happy.
I ordered a pizza at 8:15pm. Got a text at 9:24pm to confirm my order. At 9:26 saying my order was out for delivery. 11:02pm still no pizza. Pizza Hut is now closed. Closed at 10pm. Still no pizza. Did I mention that they made me pay in advance using my credit card??????? My Husband is sleep. What am I going to do with a large pizza this late?? Not a Happy Customer Here!!!!!!!?? 11:30pm never got pizza. I will be calling for my money back tomorrow.......DO NOT KNOCK ON MY DOOR TONIGHT....WE ARE IN BED. RETURN THAT PIZZA TO THE STORE IN THE MORNING!!!!#DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD!!!!!!
I was greeted warmly when entering the store and told I would be waited on in just a few moments. My large order was hot and ready to go on time. Staff helped me load in my car and I was on my way to deliver to my waiting hungry crowd!
Fill the order as placed. Deliver in a timely fashion. Make effort to deliver a HOT and correctly made pizza.The order was made for a special: 3 topping pizza, 8 boneless Buffalo wings for $19.99. The final bill, including a 15% tip was nearly $32.00!! Ridiculous.I ordered half Italian sausage, double mushrooms on second half, hence 3 toppings.Upon arrival, over an hour after ordering, the nearly cold pizza was 2/3 Italian sausage and the 2.5 pieces of mushroom had a scant application of mushrooms. To say we were disappointed and frustrated is putting it mildly.There is nothing Pizza Hut has that makes me want to patronize them further. PH used to be a real treat, but our locally owned pizzeria will get all of our business in the future.
Deliver my order in a timely fashion. I waited 2 1/2 hours for my food to be delivered. Called the restaurant 4 times to speak with the manager but no one answered the phone!! How can a restaurant not answer the phone on a Friday night??? This was the worst experience I have ever had. I will be calling the District Manager on Monday.
I did not receive the correct pizza type for the large supreme I ordered. It was a stuffed crust pizza instead of a pan pizza(pan pizza is the reason I ordered pizza hut). The box pizza was poorly made. All the corners lacked sauce or toppings. Only the inside corner with one bite was covered.
I ordered breadsticks and got 4.3 instead of five. I ordered extra pepperoni on one side and it looked like not even enough for one topping and they were tiny baby pepperonis. Usually this place is great. Not today.
