Tried wings for the first time from Pizza Hut. Was surprised how good they were. We had both bone in and boneless and I’d really recommend the boneless sweet chili ones. They were better than the last wings we had from a place famous for wings. The people working there were hustling too. It didn’t take long to get our food Young woman manager was on the ball
This place is trashy need better workers better customer service....and better delivery service. I will never eat or order from a pizza hut again after what i heard about this one it is complete nasty etc. if only the people who own this new what goes on at this pizza hut. i wouldnt be surprise if this one closes down like derry street did. i wish i didnt have to put a star because this pizza hut deserve not a single one.
In December, I placed an order around 6 pm and sent someone to pick it up. Upon arrival, was told that the kitchen closed at 5:30 and they weren’t taking any more orders, so of course, I asked for a refund if I wasn’t going to get the food I paid for (and tipped 20% on). Was told there was no one on duty that is authorized to process refunds, and I have been chasing down both this location and Pizza Hut corporate for almost 2 months now still trying to get my money back. At this point, I have been robbed, and I am clueless as to what I can do, if corporate can’t even give me my money back for services I have never received. Never spending my money at any Pizza Hut again.
Placed an order at 6:30 PM. Cut to 8:00 PM, and no delivery had been made. I called the store 5 times between 8:00 PM - 8:15 PM, and was lucky enough to get an answer. The employee said that they use Doordash for delivery, and they already picked up my order "an hour ago". She offered to call Doordash to check the status, and told me to call back 10 minutes later. I called back and she said the Doordash driver was there now picking up multiple orders, including mine. This employee lied for no good reason. It is now 9 PM, and no food delivery has been made yet. I will not make the mistake of ordering from this Pizza Hut again in the future.
I have ordered from this location two times now "Paxton st" and both times they take my order and tell me it will be delivered within 45 mins and both times they closed there location and didn't deliver my food or atleast call me and tell me it wasn't coming so I waited hours until both times a representative from pizza hut told me they were closed how unprofessional is it to have your customers waiting to eat and just no call no show this is insane to me they are lucky they even got one star from me because they deserve absolutely no stars!!!
Driver forgot cookie then told me to take it up with the restaurant. Manager was nice though. $15 credit to my account. Remade the missing cookie since I had to drive to the store. Severely understaffed. The man at the front counter was too busy facetiming people on his phone to be bothered with guests at the counter. The manager like I said though was good, running around like crazy.
I ordered for delivery at 5:50 pm and received a text at 6:10 my pizza was on the way i had to keep calling and did not receive my pizza until after 8:00 pm not a good experience at all. Then the pizza was barely warm by the time i received it. They use a third party to deliver but I was not aware of this , after calling several times and being on hold I was told my pizza was still there waiting to be picked up. Not a good experience
My pizza wasn’t done in the 15 minutes when I got to the window. I was told there was 1 order before mine and asked me to park for 10 minutes and my pizza would be brought to me. I waited 20 minutes and multiple cars got there orders. The girl brought a pizza order to my car and it was someone else that was waiting who had only been waiting 5 minutes. I waited another 5 minutes and realized no one was coming out. I went in and at first they ignored me. Finally the pull my order out of the warmer and gave it to me. The pizza was barely warm and my wings were cold
Was looking forward to the new triple-play. Unfortunately delivery took way longer than it should, I'm very disappointed in that. When I called I was told that they just left, but they're still not here. I hope it's not cold when it gets here.Well the pizza finally got here, it is cold. So very disappointing for my first experience at triple play. A very disappointing reintroduction to Pizza Hut. I haven't had Pizza Hut pizza in over 10 years. I used to love it. I haven't been eating takeout pizza. At Pizza Hut is always my choice.
They need to work faster and have employees that are not rude and disrespectful. Also should work on making good pizza we couldn’t eat the pizza. If I could give them a triple zero I would
