Placed a phone order for my team at work for delivery. Original order was incorrect (size of portion was "family" not "individual" called back upon discovering our error. When I asked to change the order from "family size" to another option, the young lady said: "It's too late to change as we already put it in the oven." That is either the fastest prepared lasagne dinner in the world or I was being lied to. As a result I cancelled the order ($38 plus tip) and ordered from another resturant 2 blocks from my place of business. My team refuses to order from Papa Joes ever again because of her attitude. Darn shame. We have placed many an order at my business in the past and the food is excellent. It's a shame that the customer service isn't equal.

Delicious! Cheese steak was very good. Kids meals are very large. Fair prices. Convenient online ordering. Very convenient to our hotel.
Call and order food at 10:40 for 11:45 pick up. Get to restaurant and stand in line 20 minutes because they take phone orders in between ringing up guests that are in line. I understand being short staffed. That is not the case.Poor management is the case. Set up online ordering. Open the other register. Terrible experience.Not worth coming back when I have to spend entire time waiting.
New in town I'm doing the Commissioning and Electrical at the new UPS facility. Bought a Greek Salad and breadsticks there last night two hours later threw it all up. I only ate a small potion and maybe 2 breadsticks.
I dont know what all the hype was on the taco pizza ordered yesterday had it delivered I told them I'm a food cridt my pizza was burnt on the bottom no taco seasoning at all I do not recommend this pizza joint to anyone

Hear ye! Hear ye! When visiting Harrisburg, PA. you must stop for a pie(Taco Pizza) or other specialty pie. I am from the Southern U.S.(Memphis) this place is like the best BBQ place'$(Interstate or Rendezvous)in Memphis. Perfecto!!!!!
First time here, carryout. Placed order, they advised 20 min, was there in 10 min and it was ready. Had the mushroom cheesesteak and Tiramisu. Cheesesteak was good, nothing that blew me away. Tiramisu was really good. I will definitely return to try other items. Staff was polite.
