New location on linglestown rd, love PANERA. However my tuna sandwich was awful! To much mayonnaise, not enough tuna. Won't got back to that location LOVED my hazelnut coffee better than SB's
The food was outstanding and the atmosphere was pleasant.
Friendly staff. Easy ordering. Quick Christmas shopping pit stop for coffee & a bagel! Always delicious.
Stood for over 5 minutes as someone behind the counter was on their cell phone. Then finally at 10:33 am someone approaches. Tried to order breakfast. She said that ended at 10:30. I will NOT come back here. This place sucks. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Drove up to the drive thru at 4 pm to order two hot coffees. We sat at the speaker to order for awhile with no response. We ended up driving to the window to see half of the workers on their phones and disregarding the car waiting at the window. It was only until we honked the horn that someone addressed us. They seemed very disorganized and they didn’t even know we hadn’t had a chance to order because their employee in charge of the drive thru was no where to be found. Completely unacceptable behavior from this employee and for the staff to not have a clue what’s going on. A woman who I’m assuming was a manager did end up taking our order and apologized for the wait. I wouldn’t bother with the location as this isn’t the only time we’ve had an issue here. You’re better of going to another Panera.
What do you get at this Panera…. For starters, on a Take out order, an order taker that you must repeat 3 times, 1 Asian Chicken salad and 1 Chicken Caesar Salad with baguettes. Imagine being asked that was what did you want 2 more times. What did you want again! What do you get when you get home? The Asian Chicken Salad no baguette and a Chicken Caesar with no baguette and best of all NO CHICKEN Either. All for $17 and change. Now it’s understandable why this place has a 2 1/2 Star rating. Not only will there never be a return to this Panera…. The chain itself just lost a customer. It’s either incompetent staff, incompetent management or both.
My friend and I, along with my daughter, visited this Panera this past Monday. My daughter ordered a pizza and under the special instructions she said “Please add onions.” Other Panera locations have added onions to their pizza before with no issue. My daughter and I were standing there and the girl in the back making the food yelled “there is NO such thing as adding one item to a pizza” and rolled her eyes in disgust. So no onions were added. I ordered the Mac and cheese sandwich and the Parmesan bits were so hard I couldn’t chew them. Our drinks had a very odd taste to them as well and we ended up throwing them out. My friend and I have had stomach upset since eating here. One would think paying $42 you’d get a decent meal but geez! It was awful. Rude staff.
I put in my rapid pick up order at 9am to be ready by 12:15pm because of the staff shortages. Usually, it is no problem. My food is usually ready within 10 minutes of the pick up time. However today was horrible. My food was not ready until after 12:40pm. I was willing to let that go since I was one of at least 12 people waiting for food. However, upon coming home I found both my frontega chicken panini’s BURNT beyond recognition. They were inedible. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I understand staff shortages and longer wait times. But serving burnt inedible food is unacceptable. I would have gladly waited to receive what I paid $20, so I could actually eat it.
there food us awesome and it's very clean
I have been disappointed with the service here way too many times. It’s always something. This last time, they were only taking drive thru or app orders. This meal was so terrible my husband tried to make it tasteful by adding seasoning from our home. Not wasting our money here again.
