Pros: our server, Jeana, was fabulous, the food was great, they take Google Pay.Cons: the hostess, Ashley, was rude. We sat in the lobby and watched as they seated people who came in after us. When I asked about it she seemed really annoyed and mumbled "you're next". The other girl who sat us barely managed to mumble "follow me".
Came in with a friend 3 days ago and the service was terrible. The chicken gnocchi was stone cold in the center, which the waiter tried to argue with me that it wasn’t. Then I was told by a different waitress who then took over for him that he was in training. We had a total of 3 separate servers that night. The first girl dropped a tray of drink all over herself right in front of me, splashing me in the process. Wasn’t even offered a napkin to whipe myself off. The ice cubes and cups stayed laying on the floor for 20 minutes after that. Me and my friend waited an additional half hour before we were then asked again what our order would be. So we waited an hour to get our entrees. And we had to wait 20 minutes for fresh chicken gnocchi after returning the original bowls ordered because they were frozen in the center of the gnocchi. And we waited 45 minutes (for a booth which we asked for upon making our reservation!) just to be seated!! This was my first time back to Olive Garden in awhile, now I remember why that was. 1. Terrible service 2. Terrible food. My entree was simple, angel hair pasta with 4 cheese marinara. It looked like vomit when it came out to the table. And not to mention it has upset my stomach for the third day in a row now. I’ll take my business elsewhere and I will not be back to this disgusting location. That does not mean every Olive Garden is as disgusting as this one. Heed my advice, don’t waste your money at this dump. Specifically the Harrisburg location. It’s a waste of money, and in my case, you could end up getting sick from their disgusting food.
They are lacking in salt on a lot of their items. I love the salad it's so good. I ordered the chicken and shrimp carbonara and I barely saw bacon. The shrimp(asked for extra and only I got not my husband we ordered the same thing) the shrimp says grilled but it very clearly was not.....our waitress was very sweet
I had leftovers for 2 days! Huge portions. I highly recommend the shrimp and pepper appetizer.
It was a busy day for Olive Garden. Were seated within 15 minutes of arrival. Our waitress was busy with other customers who were seated so the server she was sharing the area with stopped by to get our drink orders. Food was good and was as we had ordered. It was an enjoyable afternoon with great service.
Went to celebrate a girlfriends birthday. We expected to wait for a table and when we were finally seated i noticed several empty tables. I ordered shrimp scampi and it was aweful!! Max was our waiter and he was great!!!
Great service our waiter was speedy and very polite. Really made the experience better. The food was great endless salads and bread sticks.
The Italian food is always the yummiest here, our plates was nice and hot ?. had me a Pina colada with chicken marsala dinner
Our server Ben was awesome. He seemed like he enjoyed his job, unlike many servers now.Jeff was a good host. He took us to a table, pulled out the chairs, and proceeded to help me with my coat.
Ate here for Lunch on Saturday...2 people are All You Can Eat Soup, Salad, and Breadsticks, and 1 Coca Cola for Less than $25, plus tip...and waitress was a Hispanic Sweetheart.Very Highly Recommend for a Great Atmosphere too, with Great Food, and Great Waitstaff too !!!
