I ordered 6 plain wings , (on a friend's advice), )and only received 5 wings... when I called up there they were very unconcerned wanted to know if I wanted to come back up there for 1 wing... no credit...no concern...NO MORE CUSTOMER !!!!!

Last time I was in there NO ONE was wearing gloves to handle my food. I literally watched the employee pick up lettuce for my salad with his bare hands. ? Will NOT go back!
This place is great! The employees were slammed because I went in on Super Bowl Sunday and their phones weren't working properly, but they were super nice and helpful. I don't live in HBG anymore but I'll visit again :)
What can I really truly say Naples is a true staple
Amazing! I never come back to the Harrisburg/Steelton area without getting food from Naples! These guys are carrying on the traditions started by their parents on Front Street in Steelton. They have the BEST Pizza and subs anywhere!

Christmas Eve my family spent about $46 on two large burnt pepperoni pizza’s and a cheesesteak Stromboli. The Stromboli was fine but as much as we paid, my mother was very displeased. She felt as though whoever took it out the oven knew before it was boxed and that this was very careless
HANDICAP SPACES USED FOR DELIVERY VEHICLES. ? Twice now I’ve witness employees from here using the handicap parking space for their deliveries. Today I asked the guy if he was handicapped. He said no. I told him I was & it wasn’t cool to do that. Then I said legally I could call the cops. He got indignant right away & told me to call them. Said he wasn’t walking extra steps while his customer’s food got cold. Hey! Be glad you CAN walk! Sadly the owners allow this therefore I won’t ever go here again.
