This place screams food poisoning! My first time here and my bf has been to other locations and bragged. I was excited to try something new. Well this is a hard no for me! So we order our food and you can tell the meats been left out for a good long time, and there was grease built up and it didn’t look good at all. Against my better judgment I gave it a try. We each took a bite of our food and it was horrible. The salsa station was a mess too. To top it off the associate who served us didn’t seem happy at all to be there. She kept rolling her eyes, my advice is u applied there. That was your choice for this job. Do better ppl
Has to be one of the worst food places I've been to. There were three of us and we weren't even greeted. They came to the counter and just stared at us. While making the food, the employee looked like he couldn't be bothered, hated his job and I'm surprised he could hear me through his airpods. Didn't have the trash emptied so when we all went to throw away our stuff, it wouldn't fit anymore. Kids who don't want to work and definitely don't deserve 15.00 dollars an hour as a minimum wage. Disgraceful.
I can't say I feel as welcome at this Moe's as the ones I visit in the South. Their greeting here is not enthusiastic at all. The workers were nice but seemed disinterested in their work. Food was good, ice machines we're empty and my water was warm. Not the best Moe's in the chain, but it's okay.
For what you get it's over priced. My burrito looked like two soft shell tacos from taco bell. The girl making it didn't do a good job I even ask if that's all I get and no response rude doubtful I'll ever return
Always good food, nice staff, very friendly and helpful. The person that cashed me out also saved me money when she saw the price that it might be different this way and it was. Thank you very much, most places would've have done that.
Each visit I lose interest more and more. Dont come as often anymore. Between the lack of options of toppings etc(which isnt entirely their fault) but the fact that half a staff when I’m there is rude and have an attitude makes the atmosphere suck. Losing my respect for moe’s at least at this location.
Food was excellent. My family has been to other Moe's in central PA and this one always has the best food. Options were limited on my last trip but that's the new norm everywhere with supply chain woes.
The kid at the front counter had a headphone in and was on his phone the whole entire time my grandma was trying to talk to him. It was disrespectful and rude. Professionalism is dead in teenagers.

An employee was very rude. So, when we were asking the toppings we wanted on the mini masterpiece, she said “You want this also” in a rude tone. This happened every time we added a topping. This location doesn’t even know grilling. So, when we ordered a quesadilla and mini masterpiece, we had to tell them to grill it. The girl folded the quesadilla into a burrito. When my mom wanted black beans and they did not have it where they put it, a boy that knew English took it out of the fridge and gave it to her. The girl said “ This is for tomorrow, don’t give it to them”. We got it though. At the checkout time, the other girl did not even know to bag the meals. We had to tell her to do that. The girl was telling the other girl negative stuff about us.
