To bad you can’t give them 0 stars. This location is horrible. Horrible management and milkshake machine is always broken. And there was a dead fly in my French fries. I will obviously never be back at this location. The Union Deposit location is the one to go to. They are way better.
Just like most McDonald's the results here are very mixed. Some days I get the best Quarter pounder I ever had. Other days they don't even add everything I ask for to my order.
Food was what you expect. Service is decent, only issue is this specific location has a habit of making you pull off so they can come out and give the food to you, I'm assuming it's due to low staffing.
Lacking customer service, speed, and, of course, correctly made food. Short workers have caused this establishment to fail where others are succeeding.
The food was hot, fresh, and the people were nice.

Once a week I stop by McDonald's on Derry Street - Harrisburg, Pa 17111 the other days of the week I go to the McDonald's on Allentown Blvd. Derry Street - Staff is both incompetent and rude. I have waited at both the casher's and the server's windows and watch them look at me and turn around and continue to talk to their co-workers. Today, as I was waiting at the casher's window, she opened the window took my money slammed the window shut returned with my change and again slammed the window shut without saying a word to me. Allentown Blvd the staff is friendly & polite Friends if you want to go to McDonald's there are several in the Swatara Township area go to any other one but 6004 Derry Street.

It was nasty n cold!The lady wasn't nice enough 2 tell me that a single burger was as much as a double burger!!! A bad experience!!
I used the mobile app to order and got curbside pickup. We stopped in for breakfast. Everyone's order was right and the food came out quick.
