I went through the the drive thru this morning and I ended up having to be pulled to the Parking spot for my drinks which is fine. I got my drinks and when I got to my destination realized two of the lids weren’t fully put on so now my seat is covered in coffee and the carrier was ruined. The past two times I’ve been to this location they didn’t stir my iced coffee's so when I drank them I tasted straight syrup. Its really not that hard it takes two seconds. I am a fellow McDonald’s employee and know how things work it’s not that difficult to do a job this simple. I hope this can improve in the near future.
super irritated w/ this location. i waited in the drive thru line for more then 10mins this morning, bought 4 mcgriddles, 6 hasbrowns. 3 of the mcgriddles had no cheese.i checked before i left, that i had all 6 hashbrowns, but i did not double check the sandwiches, which is my fault because i should have. i got home, all the hashbrowns we're cold and we only live about 3 mins away, and we were missing 2 of the mcgriddles we ordered. the one w/ cheese & one w/out cheese. i just dont understand, i only ordered 2 different items and nothing was "up to par". i definitely wont be going back to this location, as now, i WONT have enough time to get those replacements before breakfast ends! super frustrating!!!
Drive thru first. Cashier said just a minute. When they finally were ready to assist me. I clearly stated as I always. She got frustrated and told me to pull around. I told them I would not because I planned to order more. The associate said well you can take that up the street. So I had to park my car and go inside to place my order. Upon entering the store. The drive thru attendant looked at me and said oh you want to place your order in here now. I said, I need to speak to your manager, and yes I am placing my order in here. She said she was the manager. I said I need your name. I once again clearly select the meal I wanted. The manager said I don't need to do it with an attitude. I explained to her, I am only being clear. I spoke to 2 other employees trying to get their names and the name of the manager. Not one employee gave me their name. None of the employees appeared to be wearing any name tag or uniform. No hair net were worn. Nor anyone handling food wore gloves. I attempted to get the managers name again, and she refused. She said just submit a complaint and they will know who I am talking about. Our food was extremely under cooked and almost raw. The manager seemed like she did not care about her job or customer service. They really need to review the staff and cameras. Maybe she just wants to get fired so she can collect unemployment.
They need to pay more attention to details. Example if your asking for fresh food, then give customers fresh food, not food that was sitting out room temp, and not put their sandwich in your micro to warm up.
I stop here twice a week. Everytime I order a milkshake im told their machine is down or we arent serving ice cream anything??? Did McDonalds stop selling shakes? Disappointing.
Drive through orders are always wrong. They should hire robots. They work better
Fries were fresh, Burger was hot, Soda wasn't flat10 out of 10
Worse service ever. We went yesterday, around 1pm, and they take more than 30mts to give our food. Plus a lady, who was in charge, apparently, I told her that I asked a quater pounder no cheese, and they gave me it with cheese, she was mean with a bad attitude, yelled at me, but I responded back...Then she was same way with employees and others costumers. Food was greasy and cold! ?
Absolutely insane wait, waited 25 minutes standing waiting for my food, employees tripping on each other, some of them had no idea what they were doing, did not know how to read the orders on the screen. Wrong order handed out, absolutely incredible. Don’t come here, unless you have time to waste looking at careless employees avoiding eye contact with their customers.
On December 24th I stopped placed an order, only to find out that the girls working Drive-Thru we're more interested in talking and not paying attention to what they were doing. Was handed my food, minute later handed my drink, and then had to wait just to get a straw to drink my beverage. With this happening, I did call spoke to the manager informing her of the experience and she replied with they will get written up and talked to about the situation.....We all know that nothing is going to be done. Bottom line is, the girls that worked the Drive-Thru today were rude and hope nobody else experiences this rude behavior.
