It's hit and miss at this McDonald's honestly. Sometimes I come through the drivethru and it's quick and easy. Then other times it's just awful. Usually the people are somewhat friendly, but again it depends on the time of day.
The food was good, and the service was great! Very pleased with our lunch experience today.
Customer service is poor. I visited the drive thru a few days ago and could barely understand the employee , when I pulled up to pay, I received no acknowledgment at all, same thing at the next window. Please train your employees to be more courteous, like Chick fil A, now they know how to treat their customers.
Worst ive ever been to. Waited 35 min had to tell two different poeple my order 4 times and still got my order wrong and food was cold when i got it.
Ordered curbside. Waited 20 minutes,No line inside or at drive through. Went inside. Was greeted, “you the green car mobile order 3?” - yes… “it’s right there”… I said, so you just didn’t feel like coming outside?” - his response… “yeah it’s raining”…Keep living life like that dude. You will do very well.
They didn't have enough help here. We went to the drive-thru, and we should have had to visit 2 windows but everything was compressed to 1 window. We visited after 10 PM, but the line was quite long for that time of night. They need to have more staff so the drive-thru can go more quickly.
They couldn't find my mobile order, I couldn't understand the 'managers', so as soon I went inside it was ready...but they 'couldn't find' it. All this after knee surgery. The miraculous discovery of my order...idiots.
It was first thing in the morning and they were so nice and quick with my order I even got a mcflurry at 645 in the morning keep up the great work
