We had dinner there tonight. As is most restaurants they were understaffed for servers, at least tonight. But with that being said the loner server, Paige, did amazing. Paige was pleasant, attentive and accommodating. A real asset to their operation. Our meals were excellent as well.
My wife said that the Oyster's Louie was the best appetizer she'd ever had.Waiter was very helpful.
The salmon moray, coconut shrimp, calamari, beef tenderloin with gorgonzola, kids pasta and red sauce were all very good! The bread rolls were like garlic bread too. Very good.
Went here on a Saturday evening for my cousin’s surprise engagement. I must say that the customer service was the worst I have ever encountered at any restaurant. The owner Diana did not know how to handle a large party of 20 people. Everyone noticed how agitated, unwelcoming and unprofessional she was from the very beginning. When my uncle asked her if she could split the check in 2 she immediately refused and started arguing with him. Diana was caught complaining to the waitress about us. It was so bad that people from our party started leaving. If it wasn’t for it being my cousin’s day I would have left. When the food came out, the salmon I ordered was overcooked, dry, hard and not seasoned. I asked for something else and the waitress said the kitchen was closed. She returns shortly after and offered me to order something else. After receiving the bill, I noticed they charged me for both meals. Despite the worst customer service, our family decided to still tip the waitress a few hundred dollars and help clean up. As an owner/manager Diana should know how to act under pressure and remain calm. Most importantly, she should lead by example.
Our first time there and we will return. Marney our waitress was fabulous and very helpful with suggestions. We had the eggplant appetizer along with chicken marsala and seabass which were awesome. Even the bread was better than most places. The atmosphere and separation of tables was appreciated in these crazy days of covid. Worth trying!
Place was amazing! Went on Valentines Day and they made sure everything was great! Dimmed lighting was perfect, food was great, server was on point! One of our favorite places to go!
We were extremely disappointed in our meals Saturday evening! We came back on the 1st anniversary to where my now husband proposed. I had the crab cake dinner. The supposed crab cake looked like a dough ball when it arrived. There was so much bread filler it had absolutely no crab flavor. My husbands meal was the tuna steak- which was far from fresh. We left the server know how disappointed we were in the quality of the food and to compensate, they took a whole $5 off of our bill. Sadly, we do not plan on ever returning. I’m not sure what happened in a year, but quality control has definitely declined!
Excellent dinner and topnotch service by Alex! Group of seven and no complaints from any of us! Had delicious broiled haddock, homemade mash potatoes, and freshly steamed broccoli! Highly recommend! Looking forward to returning.
Delicious food and beautifully decorated for the holidays. A bit pricey but high quality, perfectly cooked food. We will definitely go back
We use to love this restaurant. Went for a date night and was sadly disappointed. My husband's ribs were so overcooked they were as hard as the plate they came on. The food quality unfortunately went downhill.
