This is one of my favorite ethnic places in the city to eat. Their chicken kabobs are outstanding and their lamb kebabs are equally as good. The chicken tikka masala is amazing. The rice is always the perfect accompaniment to go with it and we always get very friendly service. On Fridays they do a lunch buffet that is pretty amazing. I will keep coming back and back and back to this place as long as I get food this good and service this good.

They serve stale food during weekdays. They have fresh food over the week end. So if you want to try their best go during the week enda. I had to throw away 70 bucks worth of food. Because the food had a taste that resembled a 4 to 5 days leftovers. With a dish like Nihari that is very high on grease I almost gagged on the first bite. However when fresh their establishment is decent.

Oh yeah, top notch food here...had the sunday buffet...awesome selection, 2 kinds of rice, there were several chicken options, including kebabs which were tasty, and veg options like a spicy potato dish and lahori chana masala, which I would like to use as gravy in my homemade mashed potatoes one day...also had palak paneer that was delish...ladies running the place were nice, too...loved it

We got some takeout for a work lunch on a Thursday. The food was very good, but the wait was so long lunch break was over by the time we got back. The restaurant appeared very clean and the decor was attractive.

Please READ the additional notes when a person orders through uber eats. I was very excited to try this place. Unfortunately, I asked for NO HOT SAUCE with extra tatziki sauce. Light on tatziki and the hot sauce was all over the gyro, which makes it completely inedible for me. Absolute waste. They clearly read it bc they correctly made it with pita instead of rice.

The restaurant is located in Dauphin plaza shopping mall with many places to shop and eat. The interior was dated but had ample seating area. When we stopped by on a weekday for dinner, the place dead; we were the only ones there. The guy taking orders up front wasn’t very friendly and didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. They had two menus—paper and laminated. The laminated menus were pixelated and we could barely read the items and their description on it. The paper menu was clearer, but the prices on the menus didn’t match. When we asked the guy questions about the menu and what he recommended, he barely replied, and told us to get whatever we want. We felt like a burden coming to the restaurant. We ordered the mixed grill and lamb karahi. He asked us to pay up front, but we didn’t know how our 2 entrees came up to ~$40. According to their paper menu, mixed grill is $15 and lamb karahi is $14. When the food arrived, the mixed grill didn’t match the menu. It was all chicken items, when the menu said lamb chops. In fact, the menu said 3 pieces of tandoori chicken and 3 pieces of kabob, when they only gave us 2 pieces of each and no lamb chops. They should rename the entree to “mixed chicken grill.” We didn’t say anything about the fact that the food did not match the menu description nor the listed price. The rice wasn’t enough for the entree portion. The lamb karahi barely had meat. It was mostly bones and a lot of sauce; it came with a naan bread.Management really needs to update their menu to reflect actual dish description and prices. The guy up front was unhelpful when taking our order and didn’t come by to see if we needed anything. Customer service definitely needs to be worked on. Due to our experience, unfortunately we don’t think we’ll come back and can’t recommend this place.

Me and my family have visited this place a few times, and did not have a reasonable experience. The first time we went there, and were ordering the lady had such a blunt response. We were really confused but we were raised to respect everyone, so we didn’t say anything back. We went there again today hoping for a better experience and ended up with the same response. We were ordering the mixed grill order when someone from my family asked if it would be suitable for our family and could be the right amount for us, and the response we got was so disappointing and disrespectful. It is quite despicable how we ended up with the same response and experience whenever we went there. I personally would never recommend this place to anyone, but I hope if anyone goes here your experience is better then our disappointing experience.

I have visited several countries and I am found of good food and my 50 % aim is to test different type of food in different countries while traveling just now I am at USA I have visited this place in lunch the food is amazing, delicious, well cooked and the service is excellent because of this test I have planned to eat my dinner at same place i have extended my stay to eat at Lahorei kababaYou must try this place ...

Been here a number of times over the past year. Every time we are passing through the city, we make sure to stop by and grab a bite to eat AND for to go. Their naan’s are super fresh and fluffy, the chicken tikka boti is also delicious. I’ve had their chat papri a couple times, make sure you have the stomach for the spices in it cause it’s HOT? recently we had the lamb chops (pictured here), chicken biryani, and mixed gyro wrap. Everything was just really yummy. I’m giving 4 star because of lack of friendliness in the restaurant. The staff always seem so serious. Also, in my biryani, I got really small pieces, though the taste was good, it just seemed like they stuffed the plate with rice. But overall, thank you for your service. :)

Half cooked bad taste strong smelling tandoori chicken so bad taste
