Wife placed mobile order for me to pick up. It was unknown at the time that the lobby was closed for renovations and I was driving a vehicle unfit for the drive-thru. I stood in line with the cars in the drive-thru. When I got to the window I was denied service even though I explained my situation. I joked that could take out the hight restriction bar if they'd like. I was rudely told that I was not getting anything from there so I let an FU roll off my tongue and started to walk away. The person who claimed to be a manager then repeated my choice words and threatened to come outside to handle me. As I continued to walk away he made other statements, insultingly comparing me to poultry. If this is the class of human that works there, they are not to be trusted with food preparation
My son has autism and he wanted to try the new beyond chicken so I was trying to explain to him how to order on the menu and the girl that was taking the order was giving us nothing but attitude she was rude and then we ordered and we had gotten the six piece meal box and the only thing that was in the box when we got home was six nuggets no fries no sides no nothing. I didn't even bother going back cuz I didn't want to deal with the people inside the store. The service here is horrible and I will never ever be going back to this location ever again!
tThis guy working the drive through is so rude and have the worst attitude and the rest just stand up and say nothing to him. do not go there. They are disrespectful, rude and ghetto. I really thought KFC would vet people better. Friday 02/22/22.
Arrived at drive thru, placed on hold for 15mins..Made a simple order, got up to window to pay, was charged for extra order of fries(didn't ask for). Requested it be removed. Received bag drove to parking spot,only to realize classic combo missing. Got some type of bowl?! Went back to window, person handing out food did not aplogize for error, instead tells us it's a mash potato bowl!!?? Ok,it's not what we asked for in the 1st place!! comes back with bag just hands it out!! Also had 5pctenders,they were horribly dry,fries &biscuit lukewarm.
I ordered an 18 piece bucket meal. They gave me 8. It's always some BS when going there.
Workers r nice, food is fresh, just KFC Original is toooo soggy... it's the sogginess for me. Step it up Kernel!
I was just able to get my food inside was closed no seating available! Very confusing to find out where the drive-thru window was to order your food. I had to eat in my car this was very disappointing! Customer service wasn't very friendly!!
I didn't get everything I ordered. I ordered BBQ wings and got Buffalo wings, I ordered fries that were not in my order when I got home. And when I called and spoke to Wawa she acted like she didn't believe me, and I spent $37.00 there. Not going back.
Few times missing side dish, and 1 time order for 14 pieces , got charged for 14 but only got 8 prices in the bucket, worker needs to pay more attention.
Greg has No customer service whatsoever! He spoke badly while we were pulling away from the window, not knowing his microphone was still in. I will never visit this facility again. Hopefully, KFC is not so desperate that they will keep such trash around.
