Ordered at 11:20am for 12pm delivery. I called at 12:37pm and was told it was on the way. I tried to call again at 1:30pm and no answer. My order arrived at 1:50pm. 2 hours past my lunch break. I understand everyone is busy and short staffed, but I never got an apology. Not even from the delivery driver. Never ordering from here again.**update. I emailed like the response to this said to do and got NO reply!! ?

So much for “freaky fast” I work half mile away, it took 2 hours to get my order, which wasn’t even correct. When I called back, the lady said “I’m not sure what you want me to do” Of course you don’t! ? HORRIBLE SERVICE.
I love Jimmy John’s, but I will not be visiting this location again. I ordered online, and the tracking wasn’t updated by the employees which was inconvenient. However, the reason for the 1 star is the bread. It was hard and stale!! JJ’s bread is known for its deliciousness, but my order last night was a huge disappointment. In addition, my order requests were not fulfilled accurately at all and the bacon was soggy.
Great subs and sandwiches. Their home-made bread is head and shoulders above that other sub place. The stuff that goes in them is very fresh too. Staff is very friendly!
What in the world is going on with your staff? The last several times we have been there (and we are there often), your evening staff has zero sense of urgency (so I guess freaky fast is out the door), and are working at a sloth pace. I placed an order online and went in to grab it 45 minutes later and it still wasn’t done. I gave them my name and asked if my order was ready. They told me they were working on it right then. Sept 21 around 6:40, I stopped at the Union Deposit location. I grabbed cookies and waited to be greeted, NOTHING! There was some sort of training happening at the register which made it worse as we were practically face to face. I stood there for about 40 seconds without any acknowledgement. There was no greeting at all you used to get the big welcome, not anymore. I was the only patron. I left the cookies and took my business elsewhere. Although, my kids love this place I will NEVER come to this location again. Customer service has declined at this location! I value where I spend my money and there's no excuse for a simple, "Be right with you."
I don't know who is running this Jimmy John's but one of their drivers (older man gray hair) blew the stop sign turning on avila road to deliver to 1008 eagles crest apartment complex. 1pm. he almost hit my car! I called in and was told that was the owner driving. totally unacceptable!!
