I can’t say it enough they need to hire a new cook the food here is not good. Every time I wen to give them the benefit of the doubt I have been disappointed. Believe you me it was months before I returned again and the only reason why I went cause someone wanted to go there only to learn the food wasn’t on point. I will not be going to this IHOP till they get better people. The other IHOP I been too in Maryland was really good but here absolutely not. The food was not hot and the flavor wow I could have done a better job myself. There are many great restaurants for breakfast to go to here but this one isn’t for you if you like your food hot, fresh and flavorful. How can you mess up on pancakes I think that explains it enough. Sorry guys but ya got to step it up.
Enjoyed a good breakfast here of scrambled, hash browns off the grill, bacon & pancakes. The cook had everything just right for us, not salty, not runny and hot. Not crowded at 8:30am. Our server (sorry don’t have her name but I think she was the only server there at the time) took care of us, coffee fill ups, friendly, good attitude. We will be back more often.
We placed our order at about 615 and didn't receive our order until between 640 and 645 till we got all parts.I asked why it's so slow, I was told it's cause they do the orders as they come in no matter if take out or in-house.There was another group only came in a few mins behind us and still waiting for their food so long.Issued plastic utensils and then I see they are wrapping the normal metal ones in a booth.During all of this from order till received food there was only 4 table at most and 1 person that was sitting waiting for their takeout. One of our orders had fresh fries another and what looked and tasted old/stale. The biscuit is yellow from being soaked in butter on the grill.Very very poor quality of service.Order wasStrawberry and cream crepeSausage gravy and biscuit side (was no sausage in gravy)Ham and cheese omeletteSouthwest burrito with fries (over fried fries)Kids tenders and friesThey came to deliver food, ask if need anything and finally get napkins cause I said something. Then come back again to ask and order milk shakes. As she getting the order another shows up to give bill that don't even have them on it. She then said don't worry about milkshakes she not gonna charge us. They even had to ask again which milkshake was to be a kids size.It has been over 3 years since I've been here and I can clearly see things haven't changed in overall service.Milkshakes took over 13 minutes.Again when i said why so long she says they so busy, but yet it's not very full. Not to mention the attitude that they all seem to be giving off especially if you say something about the speed of service.Even came up to ask if ready to pay after 2 mins of reciving the milkshakes. 1 is for a 4 y/o so no I'm not leaving yet.
This IHOP is typically just okay. The place seems to have a ton of staff running around however, service is typically exceptionally slow all around. Although the service is exceptionally slow, the food is usually good. Much of the staff is pleasant and friendly although there are a few who won't speak or even acknowledge you. Our hostess during our visit this morning was this way. As long as you are not on a schedule, you should be good here.
Don't go here. There was one server doing his best to clean up everyone's problems.(Eric did his best) cold breakfast food is a joke. There was a manager who didn't do a thing for anyone and left the poor server to deal with everything. We threw most of our food away because we couldn't even get syrup. Literally the worst dining experience I've ever had.
The wait staff has developed dawdling into an art form, but at least they are nice when they finally arrive. Although the establishment was not busy when I met a friend there, it was about 20 minutes before anyone took our order. Then another 25 minutes before it arrived. The meal was OK, but not particularly hot. If you have time to kill, this is the breakfast place for you!
I was very hesitant about going to this ihop because of a previous bad experience and the bad reviews but I’m so glad I gave it a chance again! New management and all new staff! Everyone was so nice and on top of everything. Almost like I walked into a whole different restaurant from the last time I was here a few months ago! Great changes to this location and will definitely be back more often now!
I went to IHOP this morning. I will NEVER be going back. If I could give it negative stars, I would. Service was terrible, even though there were only about 6 people in the restaurant. I got cheap plastic silverware that bent when I tried to cut my waffle. My orange juice was watered down. When I paid in cash, they cheated me out of 28 cents (it’s not the money, it’s the principle). IHOP has really gone downhill. Save yourself aggravation and eat elsewhere. I will.
The fact that this has even 3 stars is beyond me. Nothing was good, at all!! I never complain about food. My husband and I tip well, we enjoy going out and having a good meal. You don’t get utensils, they’re plastic. The food is bland and cold, literally no seasonings. And they are all loud and rude and do not do their jobs at all. Please do not go here!!!!!!
Horrible experience. 1 person running the whole store. Food was terrible. I asked for scrambled eggs wet. These are like rubber. Got pancakes and asked for syrup. Could not get the guys attention for over and hour. Ended up throwing them out.
