Do NOT order takeout over the phone. Tried this 2x: 1st time they missed an entire pizza. I was charged and it took me 35 minutes round trip to get it No apology no discount and I tipped 25% due to COVID.Tonight again, ordered the zucchini boats.Confirmed all containers were there, verbally confirmed with the waiter that the zucchini boats were in the bag. No, no zucchini boats in the bag.If the food wasn't excellent I would go somewhere else.
Food was good. Service was a little slow. Had to ask twice for our drinks. Menu listed soup, but no soup was available.
It was late afternoon and I had just dropped my mom off for some tests. I had my 88 yr old dad with me. We went in and were warmly greeted by Varonio. He was pleasant and patient while we looked at the wonderful menu. We thought mom's test was to be 1.5 hrs but no sooner had we received our meal, I got a text that she was done. I left and brought her back. I had ordered the antipasto and soup. Excellent!! My mom didn't want a full portion of either so she asked for smaller version. Varonio was happy to accommodate. We live in Dillsburg so this is not our regular area to dine but the food and service were that good, we plan to come back again soon! Thank you to all who work at Giotti's. We went shopping. Hungry. That's always a bit of a problem. After finishing our stops, we were trying to think of non-chain options, and although Giotti's is somewhere not along our normal route, I decided to take a detour and check it out. This late on a Sunday afternoon, the place was almost empty, so we had it all to ourselves. Our waiter was great, and when I asked him his recommendation, he gave us a couple of options. We tried both of them and no disappointments! It was hot, fresh, and filling! We took leftovers home and they were a great 2nd meal for the next day.
We had a table close to the kitchen. Our waitress was very attentive and the food was outstanding.
First time visitor tonight and everything was awesome. Great ambiance for a special meal or a casual night out. First time in a long time that I felt the bill was worth the meal. We will definitely be returning.
Terrible service. Called to ask for wait time and was told maybe a half hour. Asked if I could reserve a table and was told they would just seat us when arriving. Drove there and was told there wasn’t enough room to seat us and we would have to wait a long time because of the reservations they had.
Excellent food reasonably priced.Susan was our waitress and she took care of 13 people fantasticlly. We will go.back
This is my absolute favorite Italian restaurant! Remember to BYOB if you do that kind of thing. The seafood dishes do not disappoint.
This one of my fall back places to eat. Food is good, breads and oil also. Service is a little slow, but always very pleasant. I always bring my own wine, so I can not complain about that.LolI would recommend this little gem to anyone wanting a tasty meal at a decent price.
