The food was delicious! 9/10PEI mussels were fantastic and well seasoned!My husband ordered the seafood Alfredo and it was soooo good. The scallops were a nice size and the seafood was not overpowered by the cheese in the Alfredo sauce. I had the salmon with mango salsa enhancement and it was good. The only issue was the salmon was a bit dry. I attempted to use teriyaki sauce to give it some taste and moisture, but it was too salty.All and all, it was tasty!!!!Now to the drinks…. The Adult bevs were strong and well put together. This place is def a vibe!!!! Great experience - we will be back!
A group of five had excellent meals and apps! Believe our server was Kevin, he was excellent! Would definitely go again next opportunity of travel
New to Harrisburg by way of Maryland. Went to the Gilligan's off Jonestown rd. The prime rib I ordered cut like butter and was perfectly cooked med rare. The food was soooooo excellent that I wish I found this place a long time ago!!!! Calamari was fresh and soo tender! GILLIGAN'S is my new favorite restaurant and it took a year of searching in Harrisburg!!!! Love the food here I hope my second visit is as good as or better!!! Keep up the good work!!!
It was my first time at Gillian’s and was more than pleasantly surprised that a sports bar has such delicious, fresh food, but it does! I ordered trout stuffed with crab meat and my friend had portabella mushrooms stuffed with crab. Both delicious! We both had onion French soup! Another winner! Highly recommend Gillian’s! A word of cautious: because of the fast moving inflation many dishes are priced according to current market prices.
Omg! This place is the best Gilligans in the area hands down!! My babe and I really enjoyed the delicious food (the ribs are bangin'!!), great drinks, and beautiful ambiance!! Its the perfect place for a date night or low key hang out spot to get some food and drinks with friends! Staff are super nice too!! We really enjoyed ourselves.???
If I could not give this place a star as a rating, I definitely would.My family and I arrived for dinner around 5:45pm 4/12/2022, there were three (3) of us but the host only gave us Two (2) menu's (I have no idea what that was about). Instantly I felt uncomfortable and no longer wanted too eat from this establishment. My wife, daughter and myself, took our seat and watched how a group that came in after us got served, while we waited in the dark lit corner. We watched as several waitresses bypassed us. I was thinking maybe because we were the darkest group in the establishment, maybe they'll get to us sooner than later. Exactly 20 minute's went by, we gathered our belongings to leave, and as we did a waitress came over and said, I'll be right with you. She said the other waitress didn't see you all sitting over there. I replied, no thank you we are leaving. At that point she became so interested in taking our order...... I being from out of town and being of pure patience, will not recommend this establishment to any person of color as myself. I'm not sure if that was 100% the reason, but definitely played a small part. As my wife, daughter and myself sat in the car preparing to pull off, we all reached the same conclusion. Eating at Capitol Diner was a far more better experience. Absolute two (2) thumbs down.
We had my graduation family dinner here and our server Amie was amazing. Gilligans is one of those places where you don’t think to go, but it never disappoints. Service and drinks were awesome! They also gave my sister a complimentary birthday cake which was super kind.
We had a wonderful graduation dinner party for my daughter. It was a large group but Amy did a phenomenal job at serving. She was fast and interacted with our crazy family. Will definitely be coming back again. Hopefully she will be there!
This place is great! We loved the atmosphere and the staff was extremely friendly. The drinks are very reasonable price and taste great.
This place rocks! Amazing food, drinks that never get empty, and a waitress that nailed it. The house Greek dressing accents the salad. The calamari was tender and breaded to perfection. I absolutely recommend the shrimp and scallop scampi.
