Order was messed up twice with the cashier so it was made wrong- i go up to tell them what was missing and i get handed a tray of onions to put on myself along with ketchup packets! So i talk them i want a fresh one as i didn't pay 7.00 to make my own burger! I waited 15 min for them to take care of everyone else before i got my second burger. It was better but not cooked thru so it wasn't that hot. I was very disappointed. They couldn't offer anything free to make up for the long wait.
What can be said about a good burger and a hefty milkshake? Uh, a lot. But I won't make you suffer through all that. Everytime I'm here the service is greaty burger is loaded with jalapenos and I leave full and planning the next visit!
I litterally inhaled my burger in 2 seconds. I could develop PTSD after 5 guys rob me at gunpoint and i still would go to five guys afterwards

Worst service ever. We ordered lunch for me and a coworker and when they delivered the bag was not sealed the driver was rude and slammed food on my coworkers desk. We opened bag in front of him and there was the cup for fries and not even half full and it was $6.00 for the regular fries which is normally so full and more in bag. Ridiculous. We called and the manager Dana said next order free fries. Really. Disrespectful and no concern about the rude driver. You can tell he ate the fries by his actions when we questioned it and the sealing of the bag. Not my problem he said. We order from you guys consistently. Not just me and my coworker we have 5 other departments that also do. Rethinking and spreading the word not to

the smell as soon as you walk in is nauseating…. smelled like sewage the whole time i was there…. I am scared to eat my burger….
