I unfortunately have to give my honest review. The restaurant is a decent place to eat. With that being said. We were ignored upon first entering the restaurant and waited a bit before someone finally seated us. We then seen our waiter who had taken our orders for drinks and food. I will say the menu is decent and time from order to table was great. Food was well prepared and had a great traditional flavor. Unfortunately that is when it went downhill. Our waiter did not return to ask how our food was or ask for drink refills. Once we were finished eating we waited 20 minutes for him to finally as us if we wanted our check. Never asked for dessert or anything along the lines. Price for the food was decent but terrible service.
Decent Food - Poor staffing.I ordered a burrito, jalapeño poppers, and chips and salsa. Somehow my order went from $25 to $33. Ive tried a number of combinations of prices on the website and I can’t figure out how the older lady that was on the till got that number. The receipt wasn’t itemized. The burrito was really good. The Jalapeño Poppers tasted like they came from a freezer box. This is what I got for chips.I definitely won’t eat at this location again. I might give the other local branch a chance.
Having previously enjoyed eating here over the years I was really disappointed with how much the establishment has changed on my last visit. Dirty, poorly ventilated and mediocre in every sense. The meager staff is trying their best but it's obvious that management couldn't care less at this point. Three stars only because the waiter genuinely wanted our experience to be better.
Delicious food and fast service ?I love the complimentary nachos and salsa too!
This was my second time here in recent history and the food was excellent. I got the Mexican pizza and it was delicious. The service was quick and our waitress was courteous. She seemed to be the only waitress and had a relatively full restaurant, but did very well at ensuring we had everything we needed. We'll definitely be back.
Met my friends/ coworkers here for dinner and we all enjoyed our meals. We have eaten here many times and food is always very good, quacamolie is always so fresh tasting. Everyone enjoyed their dinner and dessert. Large menu and we have tried many items that were all very tasty! It is a very nice restaurant ?
Food was very good, but the service was just so poor it lost 2 stars. Seemed like they really have their hands full with the delivery stuff they're doing. I witnessed my waiter take a table from another waiter and then he proceeded to check our table a total of 4 times the entire time we were there while the guy that we were supposed to have waited on the table next to us probably double that. That and stuff like a tiny cup of guac was like 6 dollars and a cherry Coke is over a dollar more than a regular one for some reason.
We came here because of the short wait time and location distance from our hotel/event. That and the fact that someone answered the phone. It has a distinct feel to it. Definitely Mexican Village type vibe. They only had Dos Equis Beer on tap. They had other types in bottle. The combination plates were a great deal, and a great deal of food. We were seated and served fast here. We got chips and salsa to start. The salsa wasn't hot or mild but had flavor with decent chips. We liked the food. We had seven in our party. Other tables had some good looking mixed drinks also. The chimichanga and Chicken Tamale were the best dishes. We even topped it off with deep fried ice cream for dessert. We would go here again because of the service speed and flavor. We must have just missed the rush because the place was a little messy. But that was the only draw back. Great people.
I was very disappointed with the quality of the food. What I ordered I did not get. Enchilada come with a red sauce mine did not. Their guacamole the worst I have every had and I love guacamole. I ordered a side of grilled veggies that said zucchini in it no zucchini not grilled. It was like they opened a frozen back of veggies and microwaved them. And everything was cold. Even their raspberry tea was nsty. Never going back. Gross Gross Gross!!!
We regularly get take-out and enjoy the food. This weekend we decided to try their catering menu for a party and ordered for pickup. We ordered taquitos, tacos, enchiladas, quesadillas and rice for our guests. At pickup, the food was ready on time and packed for pickup in heavy-duty aluminum trays. The hot food was hot, and the cold food (lettuce, sour cream, guacamole) was cold. They brought everything out to our car and helped us load it. Everyone loved the food and the party was a success. Lots of leftovers from generous portions, too, to send home with our guests.
