First time there, almost left. We were seated promptly, after observing things, we were asked for our drink order and received an apology. Gave him the benefit of the doubt. Drinks rec'd. 20 plus minutes later he realized we were still waiting to order, another apology given. Meanwhile other employees had time to check their phone and respond. Two employees were behind the bar but the bar wasn't full. Seems like wait staff gets the alcoholic drinks which slows them down. Had to flag another waitress down to ask a question about the menu. seemed very dysfunctional that night. Food was good thank goodness. Will give them another try since I've heard so many good things.

Visited for a Wednesday dinner, greeted promptly, seated at a table, service was good, attentive, food also very good, and good beer. Very reasonably priced. Will surely visit this landmark establishment again.
The crab cake was delicious!! Very little filler and all lump crab meat. I usually get wings when I come here but happy that I switched it up!
We had dinner last evening and it was wonderful food, and spectacular service. Even with shortage of menu item through no fault of theirs they greatly served us while making up for their shortages. Great job ladies we appreciate your hospitality.
Enjoyed their outdoor dining. The crab soup wasn't as good as previous visits but the fish and chips were awesome. And, they're one of the dwindling number of restaurants that still serve Guiness!
