So we stopped at this location after my wife had her 2nd of 3 minor medical procedures. As with my review of the lackluster experience at the Jonestown Rd location, I ordered a large coffee and large hot chocolate.This location was out of our way but I was not going back to the Jonestown Rd location.This location the young lady who took my order was very pleasant and attentive. She took my order quickly and efficiently. Both of my beverages were in hand shortly after pocketing my wallet.Both beverages were hot as I would expect them to be. My wife even commented she could notice the temperature of her beverage was much better than the Jonestown Rd location.My only quibble is exciting their parking lot really sucks. Not an easy out to a traffic light.That aside, go to this location. Service was top notch.
Clean store in a convenient location. Full menu of your favorite flavors of donuts, pastries and coffee. Also has a display freezer with a selection of Baskin Robbins ice cream and specialty ice cream cakes. Offers in store pick-up and drive-thru pick-up. Boxes of freshly brewed coffee are great for larger office functions and events!
One of the blending machines was malfunctioning. I was slightly annoyed by one of the girls behind the counter. She was very dramatic and obnoxious, acting goofy, and having a whole cafeteria conversation with the other employees about a broken machine. There was no apology for the inconvenience. I heard one of them say "No more giving out strawberry banana smoothies" when I was waiting on mine to be finished. I will never come back to this location ever again. Sundays are usually busy and donuts be sold out. I'm only giving this Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin Robbins a 2-star because the smoothies were good.
It charged me $10.97 and my receipt for $1.97 and when I asked for my money and told me you don't have manager please everyone check your bank after you visit this Dunkin Donuts and I don't get my money
This place has declined alot. I guess good help is hard to find. Received some really bad customer service on more than one occasion
We stopped here through the drive thru to get a simple glazed donut. Upon finding out that they were out of those kind,we decided to go inside to see what other choices were available. To our surprise, there were only a few donut holes and a few muffins.....I remember when Dunkin Donuts was a great place for donuts. I don't know where you can go to get a fresh donut anymore.
The customer service at this Dunkin is the worst in all of Harrisburg. Young woman with a terrible attitude and should not be working the counter. If you want a side of attitude with your morning coffee, this is the place for you.
I'm not sure if this location is under new management or ownership but it's a hot mess. I usually stop by if I'm in the area. The most recent time, a man and woman, whom I assume are the owners were out at the speaker changing the signage. They were arguing nonstop and would not move from in front of the items menu. You couldn't even order without them arguing while you placed the order. They never have the donuts you ask for and give you a choice of maybe two kinds which were stale. I ordered a frozen hazelnut coffee which there was so much hazelnut, I ended up tossing the entire thing away. It also was watery and that's typical of this location. The biggest issue is the girl who works at the window consistently. She's extremely rude and short with customers. This last time I was behind who I'm assuming is a friend of hers. I sat for a good 5 minutes while they continued their conversation and laughing even after seeing me pull behind. The conversation was about going out and getting drunk and things you really shouldn't be discussing while on the clock. When I got to the window the giggly girl was back to being rude and acted like I was a bother. Never again.
Gave order at drive through,they only half listened to what we ordered; one was a medium iced with mocha, cream, and liquid sugar that was ordered; the other was a medium iced toasted white mocha latte. What we got was an iced coffee with no sugar and a watered-down no flavor latte. Plus the girl at the window had ZERO customer service. We went to another dunkin to get it fixed. Will be giving second dunkin 5 stars for proper customer service and fixing our drinks.
I would have given negative stars if possible. We went to Dunkin Donuts for their Halloween featured donuts. We asked for two Ghostpepper donuts and they never heard of it. They didn’t even have any Halloween donuts. We asked for 3 chocolate cake donuts, two Boston cream and a strawberry frosted donut. We did not get any chocolate cake. They just put three other kinds of donuts in the box. I have no idea what flavor they are. And one looked like someone had taken a bite out of it. I will be posting this review on my Facebook as well because I do not want any of my friends and family getting this same shoddy service.
