This Dunkin’ has probably been my worst experience at Dunkin’ ever. While ordering inside the restaurant, I was able to overhear the female manager quite literally talking bad about other employees in front of all of the paying customers. In addition to this, when I asked her to remake my coffee, she gave me attitude and slammed my cup down on the counter. This entire experience was so incredibly unprofessional, and Dunkin’ needs to rethink who they allow to manage their restaurants.
The coffee here as of late has been...eh. I had an iced coffee a few weeks ago and it was very good. Yesterday had a regular hot coffee and it was pretty weak and tasted kind of like old grounds or the bottom of the pot. I had a hot coffee before also and it was not very good. Didn't taste like dunkin. Stagf was very friendly though.
I understand it's been hard everywhere for staffing. However, that's no excuse for the fact that almost every time I break down and go here instead of Jonestown Rd (usually only because I'm closer to this one) my coffee has 1-1.5" of sludge on the bottom of the cup. Went inside to order because the line was long. Ordered on my app as instructed and then was informed no more food orders because they were short staffed. Never got my refund. Customer service is a joke, don't go to this location, there is one 5 minutes away that's bad too.
I was disappointed in the customer service. Heard employees right at the drive thru window swearing like no tomorrow. Lots of f bombs being dropped. Very inappropriate and was disgusted by it. It's awful that the employees didn't care that I heard it...they knew I heard them swearing. Extremely unprofessional...
It was 6:45 pm all the lights were off. I went around the drive-thru TWICE and wasn’t helped. I could clearly see there were people inside and vehicles/customers being helped at the window. Not once did any of the two employees say we will be right with you. Horrible customer service very dissatisfied and disappointed. This isn’t my first bad experience here. I get the “short staffed”. But there is still something called good customer service even when being short staffed. Acknowledge your customer!!!
This is quite a popular place! Donuts were fresh and the coffee was hot and tasty as always. Who doesn't love a fresh donut and hot coffee to start their day? Boston cream for the win!! Still can't use the dining area due to Covid restrictions.
Worst dunkin I have ever been to. 18 min in drive thru before we even moved. 6 cars in front of us left.... or I am.sure it would be longer. If I had not already paid on the app I too would have left. Complete and ureter BS!
The girl in the drive through refused to take our order because she was overwhelmed and frustrated. She literally said we needed to just leave and go to another Dunkin’ Donuts. Worst of all I could hear someone else in the background that obviously also had no clue what he/she was doing. This place must be under TERRIBLE ownership. Do Harrisburg a favor and sell to a mora capable individual.
This is a pretty busy Dunkin. If you see long line of cars in drive thru don't let it change your mind about jumping in the end of the line. They handle keeping the drive thru line moving pretty well but they do have the lobby open if you prefer not to take a chance with the drive thru. If you'd rather go inside when the line looks long I suggest not parking in their lot because you may have a little issue trying to get out of the lot only because of drive thru line if you catch my drift. There is a parking lot across from their stand alone building that is for all patrons of the entire strip mall and there really isn't a difference for how far you'd walk from there vs. in the DD parking lot. Other than that the food and drinks are the same quality as other Dunkins.
