Go to a different Dunkin Donuts. Avoid this specific location.I stopped here after taking the Mrs. to a minor medical procedure. I figured I would get an afternoon cup of coffee and the Mrs. a hot chocolate.The dude who took my order was on a personal cell phone call the whole time while taking my order. He appeared to genuinely struggle to put 2 large beverages into the point of sale system.After tendering my payment, he directed me to the pickup counter. A young lady came out and made my wife's hot chocolate albeit putting it in a larger size than I ordered. She acknowledged the error in my favor. Hurray?I did have to ask her for my coffee. No idea if it didn't show up on an order screen but she just took me at my word.The guy that waited on me must have exited the store after taking my order. As I was exiting the store, he came back into the store. As we crossed paths, he greeted me. I do not think he recognized me from waiting on me 5 minutes earlier.My beverage was warm not hot. It still tasted fine but should have been warmer. The wife also enjoyed her beverage but it was even cooler than my coffee.For a simple in and out visit, I didn't have high expectations, still the whole visit should have been a bit better.

Just departed this location without a purchase. One employee was working the drive thru while the other paced away from the counter, too busy on her cell phone to wait on customers. Since we were the only in-store customers, couldn't help but notice that an employee car was parked right in front of the door. Also, there were virtually no donuts left in the case. Will not return to this store.

Got a dozen and my coworker ate 5 of them in one day LOL. The two I ate were awesome.

Usually the franchise that owns this store is a zero but this location and the one on second street is absolutely worth the 5 stars.

Employees are usually friendly. Seems like they definitely need more help! Every morning cars are piled up. You need at least 15 minutes in order to get anything. I have had to pull off on many occasions so that I’m not late for work. I now try to order ahead of time and wait a half hour before picking it up. Even with doing that, I have had to wait for my pick-up order sometimes. They seem absolutely swamped every single day. Hire more employees!!! Everyone there seems to be working so hard and I know it can’t be easy. It feels like an oversight from the company. I bet they could make double their money if the operation of the store was faster and smoother.

Every time I come here, I regret it. Placed a call ahead order today. Got there a few minutes later and went in for the order. 10+ minutes go buy and they finally give me my coffee. Literally 15 full minutes pass and they still haven't given me my bagel. An employee goes to "check on it" and comes back to tell me they are out of bagels???? Not sure why nobody told me this during the 25 long minutes I was waiting in the store. I would not recommend this Dunkin. Just go to a different one if you have the option.

Frustrating long waits for drive thru service in the morning (around 7). One day I waited 10 min in line and left before I could get waited on. Today it took 9 minutes to get to the speaker to order, another 5 minutes before my order was taken and another 3 minutes to get my order (chai latte). Only one person working. Poor management or a sign of the times? Sad either way

Employees are always polite and friendly. Food is usually pretty good. Quick, convenient location.

Please change your name. You NEVER have doughnuts when I order. How do YOU run out??? It’s like going to Burger King and being told they are out of burgers. Or Starbucks is out of coffee. Please update your menu. One wake up is 1.19. I was charged 448 for 2??? Not only was I not charged according to the menu price but the eggs were frozen. I won’t be back

No donuts or donut holes at 2pm and unable to refund back to the reloadable gift card on my phone . They at least refunded to my bank card without too much hassle . The app should not let you order items that are not in stock .
