Front of store says OPEN - went in and told it was drive through only - I am handicapped - why didn't they put a large sign on the front window? I saw a man inside the store, so I went inside. I was RUDELY told it was drive through only. I asked about the man in the store - I was told he was UBER - SO, UBER is OK to be in the store and customers are not? I was RUDELY told to "Get out of MY store!" By the way - the door sign said masks were required - I had one on - NOONE else in the store - staff or UBER wore masks - A BAD example of your rules NOT being followed So, I went to the drive through. I was told "she" couldn't hear me - so, I raised my voice. She asked if i was the man who was just in the store. What difference does that make? and she again told me to "Leave MY store!" If this is the way you treat handicapped people - maybe the Pennsylvania EEOC would like to know about the MANAGEMENT of this store representing Dunkin' DEPLORABLE experience

Went there today. Some girl was making breakfast sandwiches with her hair all out and she kept touching it and going back to making the sandwiches. She looked coked out too. She was giving Rue from Euphoria vibes. Made me not wanna eat my baconeggandcheese.

Store seems like a hot mess. Sat a speaker several mins & no one said anything. Went inside, 4 or 5 people behind counter & 1 said not open for orders - not even to go. Then why is door unlocked?

This place is a total joke!! This morning was the second time I was told that they were not making breakfast sandwiches (it was 8:30). It will be the last time that I go there. They need an overhaul of employees, because they do not want to do their job! Makes Dunkin Donut look really bad!!

I contacted customer service a few months ago when I noticed that their frozen coffee machine is "always broken" yet on certain days when a young guy is working, you can conveniently get one. Only on Saturdays around 1pm when a specific girl is working cannot you not get one. Customer service said the franchise owner would be in contact. It took about a month to get a call from him which was pointless. He said they were changing management staff and the machine was not out of service. No offer of coupons or anything, but plenty of excuses. Today, after 3 months I stopped in. Again, was told by the same woman that it was "broken" and met with an attitude when I asked. There was not a single customer in line or at the store. Now I know why. Corporate needs to come in and do an overhaul bc it's losing the company a ton of money, especially after looking at these reviews. I normally only frequent the one on the Carlisle Pike but when I drop my teens off at their dad's, it's on the way and I don't have to hassle with the pike. Never again. I will say that they need to give the young man who works there a raise bc he is polite and will go out of his way for customers. Place needs wiped out and a whole new group of employees who want to do their jobs.

I'd give them 5 stars if they didn't run out of donuts so early.

Be careful when visiting this Dunkin. We found hair in our food after waiting a ridiculous amount of time for a partial order that wasn't correct. They were out of multiple items. There was no manager on site. The employees were not wearing hair nets and loud music was playing. This is not how I wanted to spend a Saturday morning.Update: This happened over 6 weeks ago and I have yet to get a full refund. Corporate HQ for Dunkin is not at all expeditious in solving customer complaints.

They didn’t heat my sandwich. They said they had no hash browns but let the people behind my car order it. The workers took 10+ minutes to get our orders. Employees are not helpful. Gave me wrong donuts.

This place is going downhill so much! I don't know of any Dunkin' donuts in the area that's any better. We, as a consuming people, have grown to accept mediocrity as a good thing. It isn't! We have come to terms to the fact that, what should be considered bad customer service and unacceptable behavior, as okay and, well at least they're trying. Bad service is bad. Unacceptable behavior is simply unacceptable. Why don't you open your eyes?

On multiple occasions I've found a long wait at the drive thru, 15-20 mins+, even if I only had one car in front of me or was the only car in the drive thru. On other mornings, like today, I've found the store to be vacant at 630-7am. The result is quite a few cars waiting at the drive thru speaker not knowing the store has no employees when the hours say they are open.Avoid this location in the mornings unless you'd like to waste 20+ mins of your life.
