This is a small building tucked away a bit, but it's always busy in the mornings. There's a few seats inside to stay and relax, but it's certainly not a lounge atmosphere. There's a section for mobile order pickup and a little queue for the line.Every time I've been here, the service has always been quick and friendly. I can't speak for all the variety of items, but the donuts are fresh and available and, even when busy, usually replenished quickly.There's a reason they are so busy and that's because the items and staff are top notch!
Both of our drinks were make wrong, no caramel or oat milk used. Then the bagel we got wasn’t toasted and the cream cheese was NOT on the side. I worked for Dunkin for 2 years, this order should NOT HAVE BEEN that difficult for an order that has two drink that are clearly on theMenu and one of the most basic food you sell.
My order was placed probably Donuts everything was fresh Korea service and no wait time good amount of employees working in the back I kept things moving smoothly
The owner needs to do something. The exterior is always trashed. The interior is run down. Vinyl seats are torn. There was water leaking in the lobby area ceiling while it was raining. Garbage cans are overflowing, heroin needles in the parking lot. Constant change of staff. Some staff work hard and show up for work on time....others not so much. Long lines at times.
The manager needs to explain to his employees how to turn on exterior lights so customers know your open!! They say they don't know how. Even though I'm pretty sure they just don't want to work. Sad business model!
The modern Duncan Donuts.Limited menu.They make your coffee . Not like the 1980's
The lady took my order in wrong after asking me if I wanted my latte hot or cold... I asked for hot and she put in cold so I had to wait an extra twenty minutes and after I received a small (or medium, doesn't matter, it wasn't a large) the staff seemed yo have an attitude, on a plus side, it wasn't directly towards me but still. Then I get home and my bagel had no cream cheese on it... idc how backed up a line is, if your quality is on this level, fire and rehire... your staff clearly doesn't care for your businesses rep.. oh wait, i forgot they get a pass since it's expected of Harrisburg
The customer Service is good, the coffee is weak in my humble opinion, The donuts on the other hand ARE GREAT
I order and pick-up my food hot and without waiting. I like 2X's the points for my orders also. Croissants are the Fluffiest ever.
Good service my ham n cheese was hot crispy n delicious,i also had a ice coffee just as i asked forgot nice ladys name that helped me
