My girlfriend ordered two pizzas from this Domino's location. She tracked the delivery and when it showed "delivered" there was no pizza. So she called and they said they would send out another. Same thing, "delivered", no pizza. She even went outside and walked along the other apartment doors to see if they had just delivered to the wrong one. Nope, I don't think these pizzas were ever even made. Clearly the group working at this Domino's likes to steal from the people who order there. Will not be ordering from them again.
Horrible customer service over phone. Don't take cash and very unprofessional. Then lie about the time they close.
Wish I could.leave a comment with out a star. Never will order from here again. Waited an hour and a half for a medium pizza.
Placed a order online told me a specific time, arrived 10 min after my time showed up asked for my order said not ready yet it was about to go in, I explained my pick up time the guy was like we are busy but my order was going in. So as we sat there our other food we had ordered from another place got cold. I was not the only unhappy person in there that day
Verbatim my fiancée last night said “This is the best Domino's I have ever eaten”. I highly recommend those who want their food faster to order for pick up. I know Domino's is typically very busy especially later on in the evening, but you can get your food much more quickly this way. Will absolutely be ordering from the Linglestown Domino's in the future ??
4.5 stars is more accurate but have to round it up or down, so going up. Past problems have been not with the location but with challenges to place orders on-line (that's a corporate thing). This location has been generous in efforts to allay frustrations of on-line ordering and being put on long holds for phone orders, with price adjustments when picking up pizzas.
Yeah I hate to pile on here, but we had a bad experience and I have no plans to order from Domino's again. We wanted the sandwiches we saw on TV. We ordered via the app and saw that the order was being prepared immediately. Being starved, we were excited. We then waited...and waited...and waited...nearly two hours! The driver, according to the app, actually was delivering another order first even though we'd waited an eternity. Maybe those people waited even longer. When it arrived the sandwiches were of course cold. They definitely looked like they'd been made 2 hrs. ago, and sat around. They looked nothing like the delicious, piping hot creations in the TV commercials. Long story short, we paid quite a bit for the "privilege" of waiting nearly two hours for cold food. No bueno. Too bad as the food seemed like it could've been half decent, if it wasn't old and cold.I get that it's busy or that they're understaffed - the wait itself really wasn't that unforgiveable. But that they didn't hold off on preparing the food and it evidently sat on the counter for 90 minutes shows a total lack of organization and quality control.Honestly, just pop a frozen pizza in the oven - it's a fraction of the cost, and better. "It's not delivery, it's Digiorno"...they may want to change their slogan to "It's not delivery...thank god" lol.
I tried to call in an order and was on hold for 8 minutes. I called back to be put on hold again. I decided to go to the store and order. When I got there, there was 3 guys standing around doing nothing. There was no one in the store. I was asked what I was there for. I said to place an order. They looked at each other, and the told me an hour. They were doing nothing. I.know what busy looks like...that was not it. I know..."due to staffing shortages" *smh
I ordered from here few times. They make the worst pizza. This one time I asked them to put extra tomato sauce and they put it over the cheese. Like on top. It was gross.
Love the pizza & delivery relatively quick. I like the "Track it" on their website so I can tell how close the driver is. I thought it was a bit expensive for a 10 inch 3 item pie. I think I like their's better than Papa John's, tho, which I think is sweeter. The pizza shop I worked at near my college in Mich. competed with the local Domino's. That was in the 1970s, probably way before most of you were born. They were tough competition to beat even then. Remember to tip the delivery person. Wages aren't typically much so don't decide because you aren't required to tip you won't. They are no different than a waitress or waiter. They need tips to supplement their wages, too. I delivered pizzas in college. Seemed like the ones who tip have the lowest income & the ones who have money to tip don't. Don't let the people in PA have the same attitude as the ones in Michigan, especially if you're a Christian. Be kind & considerate. I tipped the driver when I ordered the pizza. I'll order at this Domino's again for delivery & tip the driver, too.
