So my issue with this location at Domino’s franchise is not the quality of food, always came to my door fresh, hot, and tasty, BUT the delivery process and tracker is just ridiculous. The amount of time it takes to prep/ bake/ quality check/ then deliver is not efficient. Y’all gotta do better. Waited plus 2hrs for two items and I live within 10 minutes of this location on 29th street. ??♀️
Do not order from this dominos. Every time I order at this location, there’s a problem. You can never reach anyone when the problem is bad. The last time I ordered, I paid for an inedible pizza. I called to be reimbursed, or have a new pie sent and could not reach anyone. I called back during the day, still couldn’t reach anyone. This is the worst dominos in the area. Just do pickup at one of the other locations, or choose one of the other pizzerias.
I just order from this store. I don’t know where they deliver my food but it was not my apartment. I have now just tried calling the store 5 time and know one can pick up a phone!!!!!
If I could give this less than 1 star I would. Last night my sister and I ordered pizza at 9:30 pm, we waited all night for it to come. By 11:30 pm my sister and I tried to call and cancel. Nobody answered. It kept ringing for five minutes. We tried multiple times. It was finally 1 am when we decided to go to bed. The pizza never came and when I tried to call to get my money back today no one answered the phone.
Worst place ever to order, I should not have to wait over 2 hours for three items order. I cannot even get through their phone after calling numerous times to check on the status.
Horrible..I ordered online for delivery at 1130pm and at 1230I was like where is the pizzas..called..said store was closed..I said oh he'll no...I drove to the store..2 men only..looking confused as ever..my pizzas were being prepared for delivery..I said can I have mine..guy goes ill give u a free pizza..yeah..ok
One of the worst experiences I've ever had ordering food. Food ordered at 9:22. Tracker said it was being quality checked at 9:37. Called at 11 to see where are food was and if it would still be in decent shape since it came out of the oven over an hour before that. "It's not cold" is what we were told.... Food finally showed up around 11:30 lukewarm and dried out from being in the hot box for so long I assume. Avoid this dominos
So like why is this dominos not closed yet waited 2 hours on a food that was supposed to be here in 30 minutes. Just close the shop down useless and pointless and a waste of my time.
Ordered a pizza at approximately 4:30 which was scheduled to deliver in 26-36 minutes. It's now 6 and the delivery time is saying 22 plus minutes. Called 5 times and no response, even selected the order option and all I hear is music. This is the worst service ever.
Domino's has one of the most confusing website to order from. I had a $3 off coupon that did not apply. When I went back to do it again, it said was already used. I did not get my $3 off. I also always get my wings not cooked well done
