I have to say I have not had a lot of different bubble teas. This place is great tho I have tried all of the flavors of tea and all were good. Their Pho is very good as well. Just be warned they make their sandwiches with fresh jalapeño so there is a kick.
I wish they did more advertising. My kids and I went in to get Bubble Tea and I see on the Menu, they sell Pho as well. I didn't get the Pho yet but will tr y it next time I go there.
Arrived at this location earlier this evening - admittedly, it was a few minutes before closing. Tried to order a bubble tea (you know, the item for which the location is named) and was told no because they were about to close... than why even be open?! Like, if you're either unable or unwilling to make your namesake drinks, just close - or, and this might be considered a crazy idea but if you're open than be open and serve customers.

This is my favorite place to get bubble tea. There tea is actually magical and I am always craving it. I do not want to go to any other place for tea now. I get the smooth pineapple milk tea with tapioca pearls and trust me I could drink a size way bigger than the large. Thank you so much DEN for always making my day with your amazing bubble tea!
Amazing Bahn Mi, I’ve tried many all over Philly, Lancaster, Baltimore, etc and this one had the best bread yet. I also had the Jasmine Bubble tea which was delicious (I love that floral taste) and the fresh spring rolls with shrimp. All amazing, and very good portion size for the price. Everything was very fresh, especially the veggies on the Bahn mi. I will be back and bring friends! Really good find.
Not good. Bamboo shoots were Brown on the ends. The basil was black the meat did not taste good in the pho

I can't speak for more then the iced and bubble teas here, but I've had many of them and they've all been great. Love the peach flavored poppers in black tea! All time favorite is the Thai Milk bubble tea though.
