I spoke with the so called manager A-day after getting soup for a blizzard before they closed. I called back 3 times before they closed no one answered, I left a message. So I called back the following day and After explaining to him I threw away the ruined ice cream he told me their policy is "bring it back and we can replace it. How can I bring back melted ice cream i threw away. After a 5 minute debate on why I should be refunded my $11 or given a replacement I got nowhere . Do not recommend they don't even do the upside down blizzard trick
At one point in time I was hooked on banana split blizzards, at the end of the season, I would buy at least 4, blizzards and stack them in my freezer for when I had a urge for one I could have it, I still luv my banana split blizzards but I don't go so hard at'em cuz I need my figure 8 shape to catch me a husband so he can buy my banana splits for me?
Garbage! Went In to pick up an order and stood at the counter for 15 minutes while workers just walked by me and ignored me. I almost thought I died and was a ghost! NTM there was not 1 other customer in the drive Thru come to find out the 1 guy that was eating inside worked there! I should call the inspector about the dirt I seen in the back of store! Trash
Employees don't know tha menu correctly! Ordered the $6meal deal, and was given WRONG SANDWICH! Tried to call about it...phone just rings...left a msg. STILL no call back!!!Ohhh I was actually able to talk to the manager 2 days later, and was told by her TO BRING BACK THA SANDWICH (I took a bite our of) TO THE STORE AND SHE WOULD REPLACE MY WRONG SANDWICH FOR THA RIGHT ONE!!! I COULDN'T BELIEVE MY EARS! AND WAS ADAMENT ABOUT IT!!! NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS DAIRY QUEEN, GUESS I'LLBE TTRAVELING ACROSS THA RIVER FOR ICE CREAM???.
Just had probably the best burger I've ever had at a dairy queen, who ever is the cook needs a raise! Order came out fast and everything was piping hot?
this Monday eve the drivethru worker was patient with us as heck trying to get an order right and ended up making sure it was redone ✌️?

Me and my grandson chance are addicted to oreo blizzard's every night we have 1 they even got my dogs addicted to the doggie bowl they give em...lol...love it
Haven't had an issue with this location. Used the drive-thru twice and service was fast and friendly.Though, the last time we went my husband got a cup with a flat lid and I got one with a dome, thus I got more bang for my buck!
Order from them off uber eats. Came to almost 80$ when the uber driver gets here half my food is missing! So I contacted the driver and he said only 2 bags was for my address. So I call the store. Took 5 times to get thru on phone. But when I do the man acted like he can't hear so I yelled and then he can hear. And proceeds to promise me that I had all the food there was no more he can do cuz he made sure he sent all the food. So I had to contact uber again. I di get some $ refunded. But I had to place another order to get my kids there food.I will be stopping in there to further annouce the complaint and will never order here again.
