The service was great! They were actually getting ready to close for the night as we was going in, but we didn't notice. There was a few tables of people finishing up, one table was just getting there meals and the staff seated and took our orders as normal. After we realized they were closing, we asked the waitress if she would have the kitchen staff pack our meals to go because we didn't want to hold them there any longer than they had to be there. She said our food was almost ready and she didn't mind if we stayed and ate there because she still had some cleaning to do and it wouldn't be a problem for us to stay. We thanked her and packed up to go anyway so we wouldn't be in the way.
Today we stopped at Cracker Barrel for a evening dinner. Brandon was waiting on us and he was extremely genuine and kind. My mother has food allergies that not every restaurant cares enough to go out of their way to accommodate. Brandon found all the answer to all of our questions, even with the help of his manage Leah who was also fantastic and made sure my mom was taken care of and was being served safe foods. The food was excellent and the establishment unique. We had a very pleasant experience and will be returning in the future. Thank you Brandon and Leah.
I had a delicious sirloin steak dinner that I believe will be my new favorite! My server was wonderful and both the squash casserole and loaded baked sweet potato were terrific!
The food was delicious! The service was a little slow.
Whenever we travel we always stop at least once per travelling day at one of these restaurants and have never regretted it. In this case the choice was easy; the restaurant was right next to our hotel.
Hard to go wrong with this place if you like home cooking. Dad had the grilled catfish which he thought was really well done. I had broccoli cheddar chicken which was great. Have to say, when offered the choice, always go with the biscuits. I find their cornbread to be dry
I thoroughly enjoy the menu full of feel-good food. Also, the atmosphere is very warm and inviting. After my wife and I finish eating, we take a stroll through the store and always find something for ourselves and/or our grandkids.

went here for my daughter 3rd birthday and the service was horrible and a waitress took forever and then messed up our bill was not happy
