For my first stop at a Chipotle's, I rather enjoyed it. It was quick and the staff was courteous.
I love chipotle but some of the he chains quality and cleanliness has been deteriorating. That is not the case for this one. The staff was extremely friendly the place was extremely clean and well kept the food was extremely good and everyone there was very helpful.
It's sad to see what is all happening with Chipotle locations, in the state of Pennsylvania at least. Shrinkflation is one thing, poor service and not having so many items stocked is a huge factor. Paying ten dollars for a shrunken burrito only to have to bring your own napkins and utensils is not very appealing to me.
When I tell you!!!!!!! This young man helped me and was over the top amazing! I placed my order at the wrong location he helped me right away, mesmerized my order when he looked at it on my phone and didn’t make me go through the hassle of cancelling the order and reordering! Thank you again sir, I wish I caught your name!
I have been to this location 3x now and every single time the food is mediocre and the staff is rude AF, today i had to actually yell to the girl THANK YOU because I said thank to her and she turned her back to me and walked away. I get that fast food staff isn't paid that well but, lack of common decency and manners should be given period. F the staff at this location, go to Jonestown Rd, they are way nicer.
I know many places are struggling due to staffing as well as supply issues. However, I have never sensed that issue with this chipotle. They always have what I want/like and their staff is very accommodating!
They didn't have meats cooked yet so I waited for them to replenish line. The preparer did add a little extra for the wait. They have put up a sign requiring exact change for cash transactions. Not sure what that is about but it was on corporate stationary.
Their food is good, but they are often out of common things like black beans and guacamole. Sometimes they are out for days. No point in saving favorites because you can't reorder them. Yesterday I put together an order at 5:30. It let me go all the way through the process and then at checkout it said there were no available pickup times. Didn't say closed. Wish it were more consistent.

I gave this Chipolte location a chance again because I really wanted to try the brisket bowl. The quality and amount of food given is so hit and miss here. Now I will not go back to this location again. Literally given like 2 tablespoons of brisket if even that for over $11, it is a ripoff. Such a shame it is only a mile away. Now if I want Chipotle I’ll drive to the one over 5 miles away because they know how to consistently fill a bowl. The picture actually makes it seem like I received more brisket than it actually is, but even from the picture you can tell how little vs what they should be giving.Edit: now that I am actually eating this meal…it is even worse. Brisket is burnt to a crisp and tastes like it has been sitting all day on a grill until it is like dried beef jerky. This location has officially inherited the poor quality that Sonic had in that location. Absolutely horrible…save your time and go to a different Chipolte or not at all. Quality is going downhill fast. Qdoba is where it’s at.
