I order offer Uber eats. After 2 different reviews through Uber eats they responded today starting that it was filed more than 48 after the order was received and there’s nothing they can do now. However, I submitted the initial review the night i picked the order up. Highly disappointed.
pickup order was just rice and beans missing most ingredients. tried to resolve in chat the bit said it can't do anything resolved. tried to call store and the automated phone thing just kept looping back to trying to get me to place an order. since they like bots and won't let you talk to anyone I do not recommend them they keep your .oney and give you no way to resolve issues.
This Chipotle gets our order wrong more often than it gets it right. We keep giving them chance after chance because they're the only location you can choose on the Uber Eats app (and we love Chipotle!) but we'll drive to Union Deposit in future. More times than I care to count, they've not given us guacamole with our orders of large chips and guacamole. I love me a tortilla chip, but what's the point without the guac, right? We've found lumps of meat in our vegan burrito bowls. I was once given some kind of meat and cheese dish instead, again, of a vegan burrito bowl. My husband has received burritos without the wrap. And today, for my all-day-anticipated birthday Chipotle order, I received no guacamole with my chips, no guacamole on my burrito bowl, and no fajita veggies. It's not much fun scooping dry rice with stale chips. I don't know how they can get it so wrong so often, but they do. You can rely on this location for a disappointing experience, sadly.
This is the Worst Chipotle. Food tastes terrible, chips are stale, and no Fajita veggies for my online order.I was told they can’t keep making fajita veggies because they are short staffed, which is understandable. But there where 4 people standing around behind the food counter, with ZERO customers in the store.I have eaten at many Chipotle in the past two year, and this is the worst. Always issues with my order being wrong, or bad.Save you money and time, find a different restaurant.
Usually solid staff. But the rules they make up are inconvenient and really stupid. No in person orders until 4pm today. Then tomorrow you wont be allowed to eat in or order at all. On top of that online ordering they never are haste with fulfilling orders.
I ordered online and was supposed to pick up my order at 8:10pm. I showed up a few minutes later just in case but didn’t actually get my food until after 8:40pm. There was a small line but they weren’t that busy. I was still waiting even when there was no one left in line. The staff seemed unbothered and had no sense of urgency to fill customer orders. I don’t like to complain but the service was unacceptable and I will not be coming back.
Arrived at 11:30 to get takeout. No line for in-store orders (a line for app mobile orders) so I went to the counter. The majority of their food serving dishes were half empty (to be expected 45 minutes after opening) but they did not look fresh regardless. The food looked dried out and like it had been sitting a lot longer. They had no veggies (onions and peppers grilled) which was what I would get instead of meat. The guacamole was smushed into its serving container and dark green, which meant it was sitting open with no covering for awhile. So I skipped on that too. Our burritos were ripped open when we got home to eat, so they were not rolled properly, and the sour cream tasted weird. So the food was disposed of. Lastly, the chips were soft and not fully cooked. Will not be dining at this location again.
I was very disappointed and frustrated with my experience at this location. I placed an online order at 12:30pm for a 1:00pm pick up and didn’t receive my food until 2:30pm. When my friend and I first arrived, our food wasn’t waiting on the pick up shelf. When we asked the employee about it, she was unfriendly and unhelpful (several other people waiting for pick up also experienced this). We patiently waited until 2pm and then asked about it again (now 1 hour after pick up time). At this point, another employee looked up our order in the system and printed a ticket for the mobile order station. We waited another 30 minutes (until 2:30) to receive our 2 orders of tacos. They still got my order wrong and the food was cold. They also didn’t have any vinaigrette dressing. At one point, we even got in line (only one employee was working the line) in order to get our food. Another customer who did the same thing and was witnessing our situation agreed that the employee should have made our order as soon as possible. This has been my worst Chipotle experience and I would avoid this location. We were patient and polite when checking up on our order but ultimately the employees were slow and unhelpful with resolving customers concerns.
One server behind counter (as it has been required by many businesses) was wearing his mask, or rather... not wearing his mask over his nose. Total shocker. I brought attention to his mask very bluntly, but he brushed it off like I was talking about my friend, who had his mask in the car, but was not speaking over food catered for customer consumption. I had not had decent experiences with customer service at this location, about which I was verbose to my friend. ...But this "takes the cake." I'm making it a point that I not eat at this Chipotle. ?
Never ordering ahead on the app, again. They were missing half the ingredients on the burrito, and the app didn’t tell me they were out of stock. When I got home and called the restaurant, the employee said, “next time we make a burrito for you we’ll include that for free”. WTF… it wasn’t even extras. It was general ingredients like rice, beans, and grilled veggies that are always included in the price of the burrito! I would have cancelled the order if I knew they didn’t have the ingredients I ordered. No one at the restaurant even bothered to tell me they were out of stuff when I picked it up.
