On mu way to VA, chose to have a launch at this location.I had a din in Chicken Bow with Guacamole; it’s my favorite.Place was neat and clean; time at around 2:00 pm. One of the employee served me with the choices. When eating I found that the chicken was completely burnt; you can smell it.Please; don’t serve the burned food.

Me and my coworkers ordered lunch and every item was wrong. All three bowls were made incorrectly and missing items (including the guac we paid extra for). The chips and guac that were ordered were not given. $45 order and half the things we paid for weren't even given, and what was given was incorrect. And when complaining through the app, all that is given is a coupon for next time. Why should a customer pay for something they did not receive? This must be how Chipotle is making their record profits.

I and 3 of my coworkers ordered lunch and the entire order was wrong. All 3 of our bowls had incorrect items on the bowl and were missing items. The guac we paid extra for wasn’t on the bowl. We ordered a large chips and guac and a regular size chips and guac. We got 2 small chips and queso. No guac. Then when you try to complain online they just give you a coupon for future use. I shouldn’t have to pay for something I didn’t get. I guess this is how Chipotle is making their “record profits” they are reporting. I love Chipotle, but will never return to this location. Very clearly the employees do not care and management definitely does not care. The incorrect food we did receive isn’t even good. Chicken was over cooked and burnt, the chips were bland and over cooked also.

A great Mexican burrito themed fast food place. Think of it as like Subway, since you pick your burrito contents while you are being individually served. They are not stingy on the serving size of each ingredient. They actually had guacamole when I was there even though a pre-printed sign said they didn't. Very fast, efficient staff. Easy to get to (towards the front of this Union Deposit shopping complex).

The WORST Chipotle I’ve ever been to! The staff is so slow and lazy. They were “out of” many items. My coworker joked if they were out of chips too and the manager said they “didn’t have enough time to make them”. That is an extremely poor excuse. The two guys working in the kitchen were laughing with each other and on their phones doing almost nothing the 20+ minutes we waited in line. The quality of the food was some of the worst. Every table was extremely dirty, there were people waiting for carry-out orders for 30+ minutes. The soda area was dirty and out of most condiments/utensils. This was an very embarrassing example of Chipotle. The current staff all needs firing and Chipotle corporate needs to come in for some major training!

VERY DISORGANIZED RUDE STAFF.No napkins out.No forks.No pollo asada.No guacamole.Lack of attentiveness to customer.Noticing this more and more with chipotles across the country.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.I love chipotle but this chipotle is by far the WORST. The staff is incredibly slow, rude & unprofessional. They could care less since clearly management & chipotle themselves don’t do anything to fix this issue mentioned by many other customers, which is just ridiculous. Food is always running low, cold & stale. Tables are always dirty. First time I came the service & food was horrible. The last two times (including today) I placed an online order - first time they gave me the wrong toppings (added guac when I’m highly allergic to it) & today, i placed my order at 11:50 & it is now 12:23 & I have yet to get my order because they keep avoiding my order. Bunch of immature kids.

Food delicious was pricey for me not somewhere will go often. Drink selections aren't much and only coke products so left no Drink

I really enjoy Chipotle’s bowls. Unfortunately, they are unbelievably unorganized. I did a pickup order through Grubhub. When I got there, my food was not even close to being ready. I was told it would be started immediately. I came back in 10 minutes later to check on it. I was asked if some adjustments could be made since they ran out of certain things and that my food would be made immediately.I came back 15 minutes later and nobody has still yet to make my food. I was literally watching people walk in and have their food be made right then and there. I was forgotten about more than 3 times, I was very patient with them, I agreed to an order being adjusted ( a burrito turned into a bowl), and when I got home my order was completely wrong!!!!Other online orders were waiting for their food a long time too. Priory goes to those that walk in, unfortunately, we all cannot have that luxury especially when you are hoping to pick dinner up after work.Also, they leave A LOT of fluid at the bottom of the bowls which leak through and makes the bottom of the bag wet and food can easily fall through. I saw management running Across the parking lot from a different store. They weren’t even present. Staff was overwhelmed.

Stopped frequenting this location because the food never seems fresh. The chips are ALWAYS stale and they are almost always out of fajita veggies. My husband grabbed me a bowl today for lunch and the rice was very undercooked/crunchy. Pretty disappointing.
