I initially avoided this place because I was worried it would be all spicy food that I would struggle with. But Chili's is more than that, and the food was great. Its menu is broader without falling into the trap of having to big a menu.Staff have been genuinely lovely to speak to and a nice atmosphere. Much better than some of its competitors.
This was honestly my worst trip to any Chili’s ever first bathroom was very dirty I go to sit down at my table nurse food all over the seat had a waitress who brought out really greasy mushy tortilla chips and I asked her for a fresh batch and she said This is the only batch that they made today they’re all the same I waited a little bit and a different lady who brought my food out, asked if I needed anything and i said sure, another salsa and chips? Amazingly I got nice hard, crunchy chips that didn’t exist minutes before according to my waitress. Besides that, the ribs I ordered were very dry and the mashed potatoes too. I also almost sat on a seat that had cake and other food left on it, luckily I looked before I sat down. I wish I’d taken pics of the other stuff, especially the bathroom. They’re lucky I wasn’t a health or food inspector or this wouldn’t look good on them at all. Definitely not happy with this Chili’s.
Manager or hostess very rude. I asked for a booth not jammed between everyone because I'm conducting an interview and she gave a deep sigh like I was a bother. I said, sorry to inconvenience you. Literally only 3 people in restaurant. Bathroom was disgusting won't go back.
The food was awesome!! I got the sirloin steak with garlic mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli ?. For desert I got the melted chocolate cake w/ice cream. I was very pleased?
Very nice server good food! Server was WAY to spread out with way too many tables to care for. We went at 11:30 and ate at 1:00. No fault of theirs , just not enough help

We had a short 30 minute wait which was great for the time of night we went. The place was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. They even gave us advise on what to order which was top notch.
The experience I had with Chili tonight is in my my top 3 now. They delivered my order to another customer. I found out because that customer called me with it because hers was missing. She thought maybe I got hers. I did not. I called Chilis to see if I could get a new order delivered. No, i got a few apologies I guess I was supposed to get my sustenance from. Some female employee I was speaking with became frustrated passing messages back from the manager and hung up on me. I then got an email saying I could come pick it up if I wanted to. I called back to let them know I would be coming to speak with the manager and pick up a new order. I got there, they then made it, brought it out to my car when it was finished. I got home, passed out everyone food and noticed mine was not there. I called back again. Asked for a refund on that dish as well as to make sure the delivery fee and driver tip was removed from my bill also. The manager (Nate, I believe he said his name was) told me "Oh, I don't think we can do that." So I asked what did he mean. We never got anywhere. Im at a loss for words.
1/9/22Had chips & salsa; non-lcoholic beer,, steak, steamed brocolli & mashed potatoes.Hubby shared chips & salsa, had a bacon burger, fries & seltzer. Yummy as always!Had chips & salsa, loaded baked potato soup & salad! All were yummy! Also had 2 non-alcoholic Heineken beers.My hubby had shrimp fajitas, which he said were also yummy!Had a wonderful waitress & we were seated right away!Nice time nice atmoshere!
Terrible experience! I understand everywhere is short staffed. However, the food was just beyond terrible. We ordered the baked potato soup & it was watery. Our actual meals were terrible as well. Burger was burnt, pastas were hard & cold as well as the my broccoli & steak. When asked to speak to a manager. He came over & looked like a deer in headlights when we explained the situation & just walked away. I wouldn’t waste my time going here unless they get some new cooks.
