Put in a large order at 7:30. Called at 8:15. No answer or call back. Pulled up around 8:45, they didn’t even START my order. They were all sitting around, no line in the drive through, nothing. Now I have to wait an additional 30+ minutes for them to prepare the food. Any time I’ve ever gone to Chick-fil-A and placed a to go order, they prepare the food, I pick up and leave… you had over an hour to do this.
I just want to express the most heart felt thank you that I could ever give. On our way home we decided to stop and grab the daughter dinner, well my car died on the way through the drive through. We had an amazing group of people push us through so we could get a jump from another amazing person. We still ended up needing a tow but a husband of another amazing co worker brought my husband home to get his car. All and all if you’re gonna break down chick-fil-a is the place to do it. Thank you so much.
It’s Chick-fil-a. -The line is long, the employees are nice, food is good. I am more prone to get the frosted coffee then food. But their classic grilled chicken sandwich is great.
The service inside was very good. The tender meal I got was good. Forgot to ask for 2 pumps of sweetener in my tea but employee covering tables fixed me up. My only complaint was I needed a handicapped spot and the drive thru line had lot all blocked. Ended up struggling to get inside.

The entire team was super friendly and accommodating to our whole group! We had a very big order and they had it ready fast and with a smile!!! Definitely at 10/10 experience!
We came in with a bigger group and they were very friendly to us. The staff walked around and kept checking on us to make sure we were good and to see if we needed anything. They got our food out very quickly!
Always greeted with a smile. Food is always hot and prepared just the way you order it. Ordering on the app is easy and the wait isn’t quite as long if you go inside. The drive thru always has multiple cars in queue but always moves quickly. The best “fast food” around hands down!
Even when the place is packed they still manage to keep things moving. And we love the positive attitude and great manners of all employees. Best service out of all fast food places hands down.
